How to build a telephone scrambler, w/ schematics

Radar Scrambler
Someone came up with this and I am marketing this wonderful invetion that I am about to tell you abo. I use it and assure that it works. I have tested it and it works fine.
Let me explain, this is a passive non-active radar scrambler. It scatters the beam of the sending guso that all the gun gets back is garbage. What basically happens is the beam hits the car and the cambler and the scrambler will scatter the beam so widely that it will not register on the gun wher i was sent from. The scrambler turns the beam into garbage and all the police radar guns are set o rject garbage which means he can't get a lock, which means he can't arrest you, I mean if you chaleng him, there is nothing he can do because he has no readings. This is the only way to really efectivy guard against K band radar when you are alone on the road or god forbid if you forget your rdar deector. I have a K40 remote radar detector so it is installed and I can't forget it yet I usethis anways because I don't want to take a chance. I like to drive in excess of 100 miles an hour nd I dont want to pay $200 speeding tickets. Unless you never go over the speed limit you need thi. Even i you only forget you detector once, this could save you a $200 or more ticket.
Your only protection in Virginia and Connecticut. Thats right , that is the place where detectors a outlawed. Police use radar detector detectors to confiscate detectors from people who are using te in those states. You can take a chance but I don't plan to, I don't want to lose a high dollar dtetor. When I go through those states , I turn off the old detector use this device. This is not lleal and uses nothing illegal so you can not get in trouble for this.
I have a friend who is a cop and we tested this. We found a deserted road and he parked up the stre. I got in my car, turned on my detector and with the device in the car I floored it. I went racigby at around 70 and as I got near him the detector was going nuts. I kept going and when I stoppe h told me that the gun in his car picked up nothing. It had rejected the signal off of my car, beaus it sent back such garbage.
