I am looking at (right now) a chip I got from a fellow phreaker (still
in the original packaging), and it's got some plans on how to make a DTMF
decoder right on the back. Want to know where he got it? Radio Shack.
If you can find/order it, the Cat. # is 276-1303 and the chip is a
SSi202P series. It's not the better series, but it's more than you will need
for DTMF. I didn't ask where he got it, as well as this other one:
Cat. # 276-1308 Voice Recognition IC - VCP200
EHhEheHeHeHEHeHheheheEheH.... have fun.. when I get the time, I plan
on making a nice little addition to my scanner (also modified for 900 ;) with
these two IC's.
