ASTRAL PROJECTION(Out of Body Experences)-It refers to the sensation of one leaving the physical body, traveling at great speed to many distant places, & observing various events, people, and situations. Upon a return to the body, there usually is a sensation of falling from great heights is present, as the traveling speed of the spiritual body is sharply reduced to fit it back into the slower and denser physical body. Subjects usually recall their 'trip' in great detail It differs from a dream in that the voyagers have clear percise memory of having been places (which is totaly different from the ordinary dreams). Some astral travelers are physically tired as if they had really traveled about, & whos to say they did not?

BLACK MASS-This anti-claricl ceremony dates back to the Middle Ages. It consists of a deliberate reversal of the Roman Catholic Mass, from the cross being hung upside down, to the litancy being said backwords. This service is mostly practiced by frauds, for Christ/ Christianty was not around when Paginism got its start a thousand years ago...so true Pagans do not practice this.

CLAIR- (Clarvoyance,Clairaudiance, & Clairsentience)-The ability to see, hear, or smell beyond the ordinary senses. This ability allows the possesor to see into the past or the future or in another plane of existence.

CONTROL PERSONALITY-A guide for trance mediums, through the medium, which have different personalities then the medium.

DEJA VU-Having done the same thing before in a past life or as preminition of this life.

DREAMS-(see my phile on MODERN DREAMS)-There a 4 types:dreams caused by a physical stress, emotial dreams, astral projection (see above and my phile on OUT OF BODY EXPERENCES), & psychic dreams (the person sees a warning of a future event).

ESP---(if you don't know what it stands for, you don't belong here)---the obtaining of information beyond that possible by ordinary means & the 5 senses as we know them today.

GHOST-The surviving emotional memories of people who died violently, or cannot leave their place of passing.

GLOSSALALIA-a trance where the person speaks a fantasy or unknown language.

HYPNOSIS-A state of detachment from the conscious, induced by some verbal commands. The person under will reveal his intermost secrets and respond to inplanted sudgestions.

INCANTATION-In witchcraft, Incantations are prayers to the diety for help to make things just happen through the words that the witch utters.

LEVITATION-The ability for an object to go against gravity and float. This is caused by "an electromagnetic force field created through the body of a powerful 'physical' medium in the immediate vecinity."

MAGIK-The spiritual force and and practical 'arm' of Paganism. Not to be confused with the stage art of magic.

MEDIUM-A chanal between the living and the dead and the soon to be (see my phile THE TRUE GALAXIES)

POLTERGEIST-The product of unused sexual energies of pubescent young adults looking for att., as well as the departed looking for attention;ie) they use thease energies to make objects fly in ditructive ways.

PRECOGNITION-The ability to know ahead of time events transpiring at a date later in time.

PREMONITION-A feeling of something bad will be happening to someone

REGRESSION-The hypnotic bringing back of a person to his/her birth (See my comming phile BACK TO BIRTH)

REINCARNATION-The conscious existance in another body, in a prior life. It is said that our souls are constatly being reused, and if you try you may be able to recount a past life or 2.

SATANISM-The cult of worshaping the devil principle (human selfishness, lust, gread, murder, and self-satisfaction). A Satanist is the oposite of a witch (see below), although the 2 are often confused.

SEANCE-The sitting down of several peole for spirit communication, or ESP.

SPELL-A Pagan prayer to make things happen to the person that the spell is being cast on.

SPIRIT-The 'inner self' that survives the physical death of the body.

TRANCE-The entering of a median's body by another personality of person.

VISION-A visual experence concerning something that is not in sight at the time and where it occurs.

WITCHCRAFT-(Wicca)-1)A belief in reincarnation, (2)Belief in magic, & (3) A worshiping of the 'Mother G-ddess'; This Pagan belief is the good where Satinism is the evil.(A future phile is in the works on this subject).
