ASHTAR TRANSMISSION -- OCTOBER 14, 1990
Starlight Farm, Round Top, Texas
This is Ashtar.
Ilna: Welcome, Ashtar. Thanks for coming.
Ashtar: This is home and therefore a place of peace for me and I
enjoy deeply returning here and being with you. Many have gath-
ered in that locale which is the three-city area of New York,
Baltimore, Washington. We are in process of evaluating and
understanding the mass consciousness as it out pictures in the
American way for there is great shifting underway within the
American people, their thinking, their way of being, and the area
most inclined to be, shall I say, the pulse point for that think-
ing, is within the Washington, New York and Baltimore areas for
here much of the thought-forming of the nation occurs. Much has
been of a negative nature within the last ten to 12 years, a
negative nature meaning not necessarily bad or evil but short-
sighted and of a power-hungry nature that is in change. The
hierarchy and those who serve the planet with me have and are
gathering within that area for specific observation and deepening
of understanding, projections and clarifications. We plan to be
within that area for the time of now through the end of the year.
Of course, the Persian Gulf will also be a part of our observa-
tion but we who are especially interested in changing mass con-
sciousness are indeed at work within that pulse point of this
nation for it is turning point in mass consciousness thinking.
We are in process of helping each of you, supporting each of you
as you represent a specific aspect of Earth. Our support is our
love, our support is our projection of light, our support is our
seeing and believing that all people of Earth and all kingdoms of
Earth can and will live harmoniously. Such is our universal
projection. Do you have questions?
Ilna: Yes, we do. Elect Ra.
Elect Ra: We greatly appreciate the opportunity that we have of
working with you and all the fleets in the manner that we agreed
to do so and it's our great job to have your communique from Jean
Peterson and since you have told us about the triangle of
Washington, and its been in our thoughts to make this trip there,
would it be of service to the plan for us to travel to this point
as soon as its feasible for us to go? This is my question for
now.
Ashtar: You are indeed attuned to work and Earth service with
the fleets and the tugging of the soul has been toward that area
for anchoring of light and light projections and for transforma-
tional purposes within that area, especially at physical level.
Transportation and facilities will be provided for you at the
earliest opportunity of your departure to that place.
Elect Ra: Thank you very much. I want to ask so that I may have
a better understanding of the effects on the planet when the
fleets intervene or as they intervene, if it's necessary to
intervene to prevent war. Will this be a complete change in
dimensions when you come in? Will you give us some feedback on
this?
Ashtar: The intervention is a decision of all those who serve
the planet, not only the fleets. It has been decided by the
planetary consciousness herself that she wishes no more war in
the escalation of weaponry and of troop movement such as was
occurring within the last world war and has been occurring within
the nations of China and Libya and to a certain extent Russia
and, of course, the deployment of men and weaponry which is
underway within the U.S. That aggressive step, that violent
preparation, is no longer acceptable to her. The time to end
this consciousness of war has come. Therefore, the fleets have
chosen this service. Look for our intervention not as UFO's from
the clouds but as extreme malfunctioning in the weaponry and as
the change of consciousness within the leadership at the front,
shall I say. The leaders who would promote such violence are
often removed from that center. Many of these leaders are sit-
ting in comfortable positions even now within the Washington,
Baltimore, New York triangle and are dictating their thoughts,
their plans for world power through fuel in the deployment of
weapons and men. Therefore, our concentration has shifted from
the Middle East where the out picturing of this power hunger has
begun to that core of power hunger which is within the, at this
time, U. S. though there are other power points--Japan, England,
Libya, South America. The immediate need, however, as we see it,
is within the east coast of the U.S. The intervention process is
a series of monitors which have been placed above the strategic
areas of the Kuwait borders and in the area known as Amman,
Jordan and within the nation of Iraq itself so that at the first
idea or projection of weaponry, movements, there can be a disrup-
tion, not only of weaponry but of communications and of strategic
methods of deploying weapons--the computers, if you will, which
serve the military in commanding their weapons.
Elect Ra: Computers will malfunction at the time, is what you're
telling us?
Ashtar: That and communications and the weapons themselves, all
have been monitored for intervention, if necessary.
Elect Ra: Oh, this is great. This is so much more understand-
able and so much more feasible. We were discussing man's free
will. Does this have to do with man's free will now, the ending
of man's free will?
Ashtar: The choice of humanity as a whole determines the way in
which groups and eventually the race will move, will shift. That
decision has been made as early as the last half of this century
around 1948 to 1950, that there will be a rising in
consciousness, a deepening of awareness of the plan of God on
Earth. This has been accentuated 20 years ago with the
development of Earth consciousness--awareness of the Earth as a
living, breathing being and now is moving into seeing that
out picture in clearing away the greed, power-hungry attitudes
leftover, shall I say, from previous thinking. The free will
choice of the majority of humanity then is in renewing its old
acquaintance and reverence for the planet and those so-called
gods of the planet--that is, the spiritual beings who serve the
planet. This can include us, but also includes the creators from
other kingdoms sometimes known as divas. The individual free
will of each person is and will continue to be in place so that
he or she may choose to follow that which is chosen by the mass
consciousness or may deviate, however, those who choose to remain
within the thinking so prominent during the times leading to and
including World War II. Those are moving in to dimensions which
will take them from this planet and move them to planets which
can aid them in their development selection. Those who are
choosing to remain and yet continue with that power-hungry atti-
tude will also find shiftings and changing's within their lives
as light and more light, blessing and more blessing is projected
into the mass consciousness by us, by you, by all those who serve
the planet, including the planet herself. Therefore, change is
upon us, is abruptly upon us, and you will be seeing out pictur-
ing of this change in humanity and in the physicalness of the
Earth herself.
Elect Ra: Are we helping the situation of the Earth changes to
be less abrupt by our traveling, by our projections?
Ashtar: Specific work with the mass consciousness and it's
gaining and more and more of leadership into its decision to
follow the planet into the fourth dimension. That in itself has
created less chance, shall I say, for violence, less opportunity
to disrupt so much of the life pattern of the planet. Man has
chosen harmony and the many individuals have chose harmony with
the planet, bringing into the fold those who wish to deviate from
this. That is the process, the projection of your light and our
light at this time--re-working, shall I say, the thought patterns
of those of the old way of thinking and redefining how thinking
processes and contributions to the planet within mass conscious-
ness is occurring.
Ilna: Ashtar, when you said that the computers would be manipu-
lated and so forth and there would be no war, did this include
the chemical warfare that they're building up, especially from, I
believe, Libya and would you be able to stop the chemical warfare
that they're preparing now for with gas masks and so forth?
Ashtar: Indeed such warfare, though appearing at surface level
to be less violent, is of great detriment to the Earth herself,
to the atmosphere and to all kingdoms, not only human. We have
been monitoring the creation of such weaponry since that began in
the 70's in Libya and have located means to inhibit and disrupt
the systems used in such warfare, yes. This is beyond computer
but also in a chemical phase, neutralizing, if you will, the
damage.
Ilna: Explain to us why there is the killing babies and of young
boys and so forth, and maybe the pregnant mothers of Kuwait.
Anything being done about that?
Ashtar: The nation of Kuwait as a nation chose the
exemplification mode and therefore its people are indeed
suffering, even as the seeming victims of earthquake or disaster
of other kinds have chosen the participation. So have the people
of this country, Kuwait, chose to exemplify the seeming
victimization of war. The nation as a whole, especially with its
thought forms of pride, of shall I say, holier-than-thou
attitudes and so forth, this nation chose the learning experience
and also to act as example, as mentioned earlier. Where we can,
we are evacuating, especially those souls who wish to continue
their lives and to find that country or nation which will support
non-violence. Many of the evacuees are being taken to the
western states of this country or into the areas of Wales and
Cornwall in England.
Elect Ra: Ashtar, are those who are being killed and who are
dying per say, are their souls being taken to, as you told us a
little bit ago, to other planes or other planets for their con-
tinued growth? Are these the ones that are leaving the Earth
planet?
Ashtar: Some, yes, have chosen to leave the planet. The majori-
ty are choosing to remain and work with the mass consciousness of
the planet to help rise that consciousness into greater awareness
much as the exemplary souls of Teneman (phonetic) Square in
Chinia. Those are souls which have chosen death as a means to
awaken the many. Their souls are indeed rising into the upper
reaches of the astral plane where they can, upon awakening,
immediately continue their work in projections of light to the
planet, of awareness to the planet.
Ilna: Ashtar, Dr. Alena Estara has said something about China
being really the very sore spot of Earth. Is there something
that you could add to that?
Ashtar: Upheaval is occurring within that country to the extent
that the American or world media has no idea. Thought forms of
an old nature of that which is structured in old ways are being
shifted and changed by the very consciousness of the nation
itself. Much of what the students proposed from their strategic
location in Teneman Square never reached the general populace of
China at the time of its happening because the leaders of the
government never allowed the spread of such information to their
people. They felt that this might cause revolution and therefore
only now has the story of the sacrifice, shall I say, of Teneman
Square come to a great knowledge by word of mouth to the Chinese
people and many are shifting in their consciousness. This is
creating turmoil and fear within the leaders of that country.
Look for their out picturing of this fear in aggressive movements
within the next year.
The Chinese people themselves, however, will not support such
aggression as a whole. Military might within the Chinese nation
is, however, extensive. Not so much in weaponry as in manpower.
Many of these soldiers are having changes of heart and mind.
Most, however, are not and can to some extent create a shifting
in power. We have chosen, however, not at this time to
concentrate upon that shift but upon the, shall I say, oppressive
nature of those in power within the U.S. at this time.
Ilna: She also mentioned something about a car and then that the
U.S. was building a space ship. Is that possible?
Ashtar: Technology of the grays is already a part of much of the
aircraft and weaponry of the U.S. military. This has been
ongoing since '48. The duplication of the fuel system or fueling
mechanism has not been accomplished until recently. There is now
in experimental stages a deepening of understanding for the
propulsion mechanism of the gray's vehicles. This too will
create a shifting in power. The projection which we are attempt-
ing at this time and is being received by many in the designer
field is to utilize this propulsion method in the experimental
vehicles used for nonviolent, non-weaponry transportation, mass
transportation and individual car transportation.
Elect Ra: Is there something else that you need to tell us that
can help us to do the right projections into the right places
other than what we are doing already?
Ashtar: From this place and from your own center of light in
your residence, you may project with us, if you so choose, golden
white light, especially into that New York, Washington, Baltimore
triangle. The golden light or Christ light specifically disinte-
grates negative thought forms and allows those thought forms of
peace, of prosperity, of joy to enter into the lay lines of the
Earth. As for general statements from those here with me and
those of the hierarchy there is nothing but praise for the work
you have done, are doing and will do, work for the planet and for
mankind.
Elect Ra: Thank you Ashtar.
Ilna: You told us to stand ready.
Ashtar: Exactly, yes, for the shiftings are upcoming and the
changes which have been predicted for the last ten to 12 years
are underway. Before the end of the century look for specific
changes in Earth crust and in mass consciousness.
Ilna: Old One has said that the Phoenix is coming faster than
Earth is ready and has said that it would be like the spring of
'92 as far as I can figure. Is this still in place to happen in
the South Atlantic Ocean?
Ashtar: Still in place, yes. Factor or timing has been
monitored and we are attempting to balance the timing so that
Earth is indeed ready. She has chosen this and we support her in
this choosing though there will be such great differences and
devastations, especially in those countries of the South American
and South African nations, that we are also working with those
light workers there for preparation and evacuation, if necessary,
when necessary.
Elect Ra: Its has come to my attention several times of a
prophecy that there would be on November 24 a devastation would
take place at southern Miami. Is this a physical thing or a
contact?
Ashtar: The fault lines which are under severe stress at this
time and are a part of the east coast and eastern half of the
United States, are in process of shifting. Look for some damage
and the awakenings of many during the tremors and the Earth
shiftings of that time period and into the last months of the
year. Some of the fault lines and lay lines to be cleansed flow
along the southern tip of the American east coast including
southern Florida and also into the Era known as the Bermuda
triangle so that as the east coast begins its shifting, so will
that area. A meteor or other external body is not expected for
that area. Destruction predicted is related to earthquake and to
resultant tidal wave rather than for a direct hit, shall I say,
from meteor. The low-lying areas of all continents will be most
affected by the advent of the meteor into the South Atlantic
area. Again, this will definitely affect the south Florida area.
Elect Ra: There is a conclave to take place in southern Florida,
Key Biscayne area the 24th of November. Will this be on schedule
as we suspect?
Ashtar: monitoring's indicate that this will continue as sched-
uled, yes.
Elect Ra: Thank you very much. It's been so enlightening and so
powerful.
Ilna: Ashtar, how about the scientific predictions of the New
Madrid on December 2 and 3. The 24th of November is relatively
close to that time and will there be, because of the Florida
earthquake, will this earthquake trigger New Madrid?
Ashtar: One is interdependent upon the other. Look for an
earthquake within the New York State area, in the Virginia/North
Carolina area. All of these are interdependent upon the same
plates that are moving and shifting beneath the Mississippi River
so that as I said earlier, the entire eastern half of the U.S.
will experience tremorings, shiftings, changings. Some earth-
quakes, especially that one between Virginia and North Carolina
will be smaller in scale than to the north and to the south.
This also, of course, will affect the San Andreas, Matagorda
Fault and so on. All the North American faults will move or
shift in some way to some degree. As I said, all are interde-
pendent on the other.
