Shillum

The sound of dripping water is heard. Other than that, silence. Crumpled buildings mark the landscape. Now one can hear a moan. Far off can be heard a siren wailing its sad song. Is this the Balkans? Oklahoma? Korea? Yes, but more than that, it is the whole world-one vast asylum of pain. This document is not designed to awaken anyone to the knowledge that the world is violent and disintegrating. That is not news. One would have to be blind not to know that already. The intent of this document is to explain the causes and show where these causes will lead. One need not consider what he can do to change the things that are taking place. No change is possible, no solution is offered. It is too late for that. Why is it that it is too late to change our world? There is an answer to this question. Mankind has too long resisted the Spirit which makes for unity and peace. Mankind has grieved away the only solution to its problems. One may not be able to change things, but he can be made to understand why. It is true that some politicians in office like to parrot glowing reports of new jobs and wonderful opportunities in the "greatest country in the world," but there is a certain knowledge in the country as a whole that things are not right. Something ominous is about to transpire. Perhaps something ominous has already transpired. For those who have prepared themselves for this time, there is nothing to fear. The author will share what that preparation was. If you have that preparation, you need not concern yourself with the outcome. If you have not prepared yourself, and no desire for preparation is present, then no preparation is now possible.

The author will write frankly and speak specifically in many instances. He invites the reader to set aside offense and simply consider whether or not these things are true. If the propositions in this book are true, then take courage or gather blackness, whichever applies, for the day of judgment has arrived.

Finally, if one lives in the land of stories, then this document may seem like fiction, but if one is willing to tell the truth and tell it at all times, the document here written will serve that person well. These days fantasy and make-believe are the cornerstones of our society. Just one moment's truth-telling sweeps away the refuge of lies. Men must now reap the results of their democracy. That is-the spiritless, lifeless, corrupt majority make their will felt throughout the world and enforce this will by their laws. God's people have often been the few who have been forced to speak against this mob.

CHAPTER ONE

OUR PERSONAL STATEMENT

In our country today there is often heard the wonderful words of hope for the future as the "greatest nation on earth" prepares for the next century. Men have been followers of make-believe for so many generations now that few men can truly see anything anymore. We believe it is time for the light to be turned on. That light will uncover all that is covered. The prophecy of Jesus is fulfilled. "So have no fear of them; for nothing is covered that will not be revealed, or hidden that will not be known." (Matthew 10:26, RSV).

When men are not free to live according to their conscience but must be forced to follow state dictates, one can know that the end of everything is at the door. After centuries of experience, mankind still fails to see the signs of its demise.

When Jesus was born and when He was killed, few recognized who He was, yet, now, in these modern years, so many think they know who He was. Could that be so, or is it that equally few recognize Him today? This may be considered by some as unimportant, but it is highly relevant. The failing of Jesus' generation to recognize Him only guaranteed the destruction of that generation not many years later.

History repeats itself and all men are tested now as they were two thousand years ago, but few are aware of that test when it comes. Jesus reveals Himself to the generations in different ways-ways appropriate to their time. Jesus said He would come as a thief. That is-few would be aware of Him when He came. They would not realize His coming because they would be asleep to spiritual realities.

What was it that happened with believers two thousand years ago when the Christian church began? They, too, were not recognized as the children of God and they, too, experienced dispossession as Jesus did. Because of this, they shared everything in common. They gave up houses and lands and finally left Jerusalem just before it was destroyed by the Romans. This was not a curse for them, that they should give up everything; it was truly a blessing, for it freed them from the false ideas that rule the hearts and minds of worldlings and it saved their lives as well. They began to see in a clear light what is truly the worldly motivation. They ascended above the world.

God's children have recently experienced dispossession again. It is happening in many places, but, specifically, I write now of the circumstances that surround our own congregation. This is not a sad day for us, since dispossession from the earth is that for which Christians pray. We call it the coming of Jesus. Dispossession causes Christians to see what truly motivates the world, by that, making themselves free from the world and ascending above it. It is a sad day for the world though.

When God's people, or anyone else for that matter, are by law not allowed to follow their conscience without losing their homes or their living, it means the end of civilization as we know it is at hand. For the Christians it is the time for their ascension and for the world it is the time for its destruction.

Concerning our own congregation this is revealed in the following way. In the past year our church recognized that our property taxes were helping to support young children in learning things that would be to their detriment for life. We could see that the public schools were not educating the children for their good but, instead, creating a system of child abuse. Because of this, our church sought a property tax exemption on the land owned by the church to free the church from having to support those things that are openly against God's government. This was denied us, though exemption is justified according to the law.

Specifically, the principles Christians cannot conscientiously support are:

1. Competition. Competition is not according to God's government. The competition of grades or sports, prizes and awards are against the truth as it is in Jesus. We would not subject our own children to these abusive practices and it is against the truth to pay to have the children of others subjected to them. What people do with their children may be considered their business, but when we are forced to pay for that abuse it becomes our business. Competition sets up the idea that others are to be beaten. It fosters the notion that others are one's enemies and one must gain the upper hand and win. In competition it is viewed that some are better than others especially if one can beat someone else. This is all desirable from the worldly perspective; the world sees nothing wrong with it and this is one reason the world is in the condition it is.

In our church the children are taught that all humankind is blessed of God and none are better. If there is one who has lesser abilities, he is to be helped and not beaten.

2. Unbelief. The children are educated so that doubt in God's Word is fostered. Instead of creation as taught in the Scriptures, evolution is taught as truth, by that, making the Word of God a lie. God's Word specifically states that God created the world in six days (evenings and mornings). Children learn in public school to disregard what God said and accept the suppositions of men. These suppositions take faith to believe. Evolution from lower to higher species has never been proven. It is only a worldly theory that one takes by faith. It is a theory that also changes periodically. So it stands that the faith of the world may be taught as truth in public schools but not the faith that the Scriptures teach. That is promoting the religion of man over the religion of God. This is discrimination of the highest sort. God created the world, yet humankind discriminates against Him. Such arrogance will soon receive its just payment. We cannot in good conscience pay to educate children that God's Word is not true and cannot be trusted.

3. Immorality. Children are subjected to "sex education" that compromises our best instincts how girls and boys should behave. Their familiar association also brings them into temptation that should be avoided. Much of the country's woes regarding unwed mothers and welfare can be traced directly to this. It can often be heard that the youth should practice "safe sex." Where in the Scriptures is safe sex mentioned? Sex will be safe if in marriage and only with one's mate. Children learn that sexual activities outside marriage is alright if it is safe.

4. Atheism. Public schools are Godless by federal law. You may pass out condoms but not Bibles. You may speak about spiritualism and celebrate satanic holidays such as Halloween, but not the truth as is found in God's Word. We are not saying that public schools should be a place to teach the Bible, but they should not exclude the truths that are in the Bible.

Public schools may allow individuals to go into a room and pray if they like, but the system of itself is against the true things of God.

5. Degeneration. Finally, largely attributable to the aforementioned principles, the general low moral state of the public schools creates the atmosphere for child abuse between children, sexual harassment between students, disrespect for authority, violence and a general declension of those attributes that make for a strong and enlightened society. Jesus was taught at home. In our church we homeschool our children because it is high on our list to keep our children from child abuse. Child abuse takes many more forms than sexual and we must exercise our God-given responsibility to educate our children to God's glory.

In the public school system great efforts are made to protect children from physical harm. They provide flashing lights on buses with crossing guards and stop signs, but almost nothing is done to protect their souls, the true worth of the child.

God holds those who pay for these abuses responsible for the results of them. This country today is filled with crime, vice, hatred, violence and fear. We know some of the causes of this condition. This general condition cannot be blamed on bad TV programs alone. One's basic educational foundation is primarily responsible. Society today seems hardly aware that it is itself responsible for these things because society chooses to ignore them rather than end them.

As a church, this is a large issue to us. By supporting the education of children contrary to our faith and in support of the faith of those contrary to ourselves, we, in principle, pay for our own destruction of faith in God. This is unconscionable from our standpoint. Can one imagine that any church in the community would actively evangelize against its own existence by paying for the activities of those who evangelize against them? This may be happening with some professing Christ, but this cannot happen with those who truly have Christ. With us this has not been a preference but a conviction for which we will sacrifice our houses, lands and lives.

Believers in the Soviet Union experienced dispossession when they stood for their convictions. Although the Soviet constitution said there was freedom of religion, it did not turn out that way. Freedom of religion is often interpreted to mean one has freedom of religion as long as one's beliefs do not go against any personal whims of the ones who govern. In the Soviet Union, Christian land was confiscated and the members scattered unless their activities were approved by the state and in harmony with the state goals, ideals and attitudes. In America we have had a higher profession than that. As it turns out, it has only been a profession. When a nation must force its citizens to support its practices or else lose their homes or livelihood, it no longer can be considered a free country, but, instead, a dictatorship. In this country it has become a dictatorship of law rather than a dictatorship of man. The dictatorship of law has gone unrecognized for what it is. If it were a pure dictatorship of law, it may not be so tragic, but it is not pure. The laws are interpreted to say whatever the enforcers of those laws decide. This is true because truth or principle is no longer the governing factor of our nation. The governing factor is money. Truth and justice are no more appreciated in this country now than in any other fallen civilization. Gandhi wrote: "When a man submits to another through fear, he does not follow his nature but yields to brute force. He who has no desire to dominate others by brute force will not himself submit to such force either. Recognizing, therefore, that man who fears brute force has not attained self-knowledge at all."

You may remember the story that is in the Bible about Moses and the children of Israel. Moses asked Pharaoh if they might be free from those things that enslaved them. They wanted to go out a little way and worship God according to their conscience. Pharaoh was not happy with that request and that the children of Israel would express some independence from his government, so he refused to let them go. He used brute force to keep them enslaved. Pharaoh did not realize the effect his refusal would have upon himself. Pharaoh's greed and desire for power would cost him everything he had.

It is the prerogative of the county officials to deny us our request as they have done. God has given them authority in this matter. They are His civil ministers as was Pharaoh. But when force and the threat of loss is used to entice us to give up our convictions, the cost to the county and the state will be far more than the few hundred tax dollars that might have been collected. If our convictions had been respected, the benefits would have far outweighed the few hundred dollars in taxes. God simply rewards every man and government according to their ways.

This is not a tax issue with us. We believe that citizens should pay their fair share of the public burden, but when citizens are forced against their will to support with their labors the corruption of young minds which someday must rule the nation, we must protest. If we do not protest, we make ourselves responsible for those destructive effects which exist in our country today and for the destruction of the world in general.

If we fail to pay our taxes, our land will be confiscated from us. If we fail to vacate, police will come to encourage us to leave. If we still refuse, the threat of weapons will be employed or we will be forcibly removed so our land can be sold for taxes.

We choose, instead, to vacate our land and find a home wherever God may lead and in a place He can bless. This will be with the knowledge that the expected benefits will not be realized by those who govern.

After the sons of God experienced dispossession from Jerusalem, it was not many years until the city was destroyed and there was not one stone left upon the other.

Cause and effect has a way of working itself out. Some call it Karma. Others say, "what goes around comes around." Jesus said, "As you have done it unto the least of these my brethren, you have done it unto me."

The Tax Code clearly states what property is exempt from property taxes.

It reads: "The following property is exempt from taxation: Property belonging to any religious corporation or society of this state, used exclusively for and in connection with public worship, and any parsonage belonging to such corporation or society and occupied as such, and any recreational hall belonging to and used in connection with the activities of such corporation or society; and this exemption shall extend to property owned by any religious corporation or society which is used for any combination of religious worship, educational purposes and recreational activities, not designed for profit. ...And real property utilized by religious organizations for summer encampments should be exempt from ad valorem taxes, since all activities conducted thereon, although in some aspects charitable, and in some aspects educational, are nevertheless directly related to the religious purposes for which such groups are organized." From Revenue and Taxation 63-105B.

You see, the tax code authorizes churches to be free from taxation on church land it is using for "purposes for which such groups are organized."

This was denied us.

The motivation behind these laws is separation of church and state. The county may justify its human rights violations for one reason or another, but God sees these violations. The state is to have no authority over the conscience. The state is not to regulate the affairs of the church of God.

We make this case because we believe most people do not know the consequences of coercing the conscience. God cannot bless a society governed by the principles of force.

This nation has enslaved the blacks, decimated the native Americans, subjugated the world through the so-called United Nations and now it grinds down its own citizens. It does this by reinterpreting the meaning of its constitution and its laws for its own purposes. Men cannot buy or sell except they are marked with the characteristics of this nation. They must have "the mark of the beast." Citizens will be dispossessed or even killed for their desires to be free of unrighteous controls. The Word of God speaks truly of our nation. "Neither shall he regard the God of his fathers, nor the desire of women, nor regard any god: for he shall magnify himself above all." Dan. 11:37.

There is only one power that has authority regarding the conscience of man and that is God's power. When men seek to control the conscience of another, they lay claim to the prerogatives of God.

The Scriptures speak again of this land. "I beheld another beast [the United States] coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon. ...And he causes all, both small and great, both rich and poor, both free and slave, to be marked on the right hand [the labor] or the forehead [thinking], so that no one can buy or sell [keep his home] unless he has the mark, or the name of the beast or the number of his name." Rev. 13:16-17.

This poem was found on the Internet. It seems to speak well to the issue.

It is called,

"A Visitor From the Past"

"I had a dream the other night, I didn't understand. A man walking through the mist, with flintlock in his hand. His clothes were torn and dirty, as he stood there by my bed. He took off his three-cornered hat, and speaking low, he said:

"We fought a revolution, to secure our liberty. We wrote the Constitution, as a shield from tyranny. For future generations, this legacy we gave. To the land of the free and the home of the brave.

"The freedom we secured for you, we hoped you'd always keep. But tyrants labored endlessly while your parents were asleep. Your freedom gone, your courage lost, you're no more than a slave. In the land of the free and home of the brave.

"You buy permits to travel, and permits to own a gun, Permits to start a business, or to build a place for one. On land that you believe you own, you pay a yearly rent. Although you have no voice in choosing, how the money's spent.

"Your children must attend a school that doesn't educate. Your Christian values can't be taught, according to the state. You read about the current news, in a regulated press. You pay a tax you do not owe, to please those who assess.

"You've given your control, to those who do you harm, So they can padlock churches, and steal the family farm, And keep our country deep in debt and put men of God in jail, Harass your fellow countrymen, while corrupted courts prevail.

"Your public servants don't uphold the solemn oath they've sworn. Your daughters visit doctors, so their children won't be born. Your leaders ship artillery and guns to foreign shores, And send your sons to slaughter, fighting other people's wars.

"As I awoke he vanished, in the mist from whence he came. His words were true, we are not free, we have ourselves to blame. For even now as tyrants, trample each God-Given Right. We only watch and tremble, too afraid to stand the sight."

Bravery and nobility are traits that only exist when a nation is sensitive to morality and the conscience of its citizens. When a nation is no longer sensitive to the conscience of its citizens, but, instead, dispossesses them or even attacks them with weapons of war, one can know that nation's heart of bravery and nobility has turned to a heart of despotism. It may profess to be a lamb and a peace lover but, in reality, it speaks as a dragon. It may paint its weapons of war white and call its armies "peace keepers" but it is still a dragon.

It may very well be that the heart of a dragon is what this nation wants, but it also should be understood, that heart will always lead a nation to its end. One cannot oppress without being oppressed. Eventually, the nation turns against itself and national ruin is the result.

God's ways are the only ways that truly work and lead to the well-being of all. If a nation turns from that, there will be no well-being for anyone who lives on the earth.

This small book is not intended to change things. Humankind has no intention of giving up its insensitivity to the truth. The purpose of this writing is to bring judgment that this nation is not at all what it professes itself to be, "the land of the free and the home of the brave." It is the home of citizens who are fearful to stand for what is right and just if it is not financially expedient or if someone may think ill of them for believing what they do. It was the same in Jesus' day. When freedom for any man is gone, freedom for every man is gone.

So, "The hour of His judgment is come" as Jesus said. "Your house is left unto you desolate". The nation has revealed her hypocrisy. As for God's true sons, they shall ascend by obeying the command: "Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues." Rev. 18:4.

CHAPTER TWO

INSTITUTIONS OF HYPOCRISY

It is not a mystery that this world is in confusion. The political parties, financial competition and the many religious denominations all are in confusion. Unity is only a goal and an impossible idea which is never reached. Why is this? What has caused this state of things to exist? Everything in life can be traced to cause and effect. We are who we are taught to be and we are taught to be what we want. The human being is capable of being taught to believe many opposing ideas at the same time. We may believe in unity one moment and then believe in competition the next. We can believe in evolution and creation at the same time. We can give assent to opposing ideas depending on our company. We can believe in saving life, yet prepare for war and death.

Humans cannot but follow their teacher and the teacher they follow only echoes the desires of their own hearts, but it does not seem to occur to them that their own ideas are in conflict. We are creators of what we place before us and if our own thoughts are in conflict, then it stands to reason that our environment will reflect that back to us.

From our earliest years we are taught that almost everyone outside of ourselves is an enemy. We start to think this way when our sibling takes our rattle away. We begin to believe that life is about competition and taking what one can get by force. As we grow older and enter school we are taught to compete for grades. In times of recreation and play we are put into game situations which teach us to compete again. We must fight to win the game. The winner may get a prize and the loser is disgraced to a degree.

When the student graduates, he may join a business firm competing for the market share. His whole focus is to sell his product at the expense of the competition. In sales and political races it all boils down to making one's self or product look better than the competition so one can win the customer or race.

To the world today this all looks nice, fair and right. The truth of the matter is that it is corrupt, wicked and wrong. Men are taught to view others as enemies. All an enemy is, is someone seeking to take what you think belongs to you or someone who you think might hurt you. When men are turned into enemies, then general confusion and war is the result. Cause creates effect. We have been trained from our earliest years to compete with others and that has been one of the causes for the condition our society is now in. There is no hope for such a society, for it has as a foundation the principle that it is against itself and every society against itself cannot maintain its form and cohesion.

THE POLITICAL

See the political conventions. See the Congress and its actions in the halls of government. Listen to the political candidates accuse and abuse each other and then when one is elected he does the same things as his predecessors before him. If there is one thing that is certain, it is that the political parties will not change, neither will they change things. Indeed, they cannot change nor can they change things. Change is only a story concocted to make the electorate believe that they are bringing about a new order of things. This simply never occurs. There is never a new order. There is only a constant degradation. Each man and woman is energetically involved in the world of competing with other individuals to build their own kingdom and for the sake of money. No man is motivated unselfishly to better his constituents, except that he is rewarded for it in some way. The Scriptures read: "For I beheld, and there was no man; even among them, and there was no counsellor, that, when I asked of them, could answer a word. Behold, they are all vanity; their works are nothing: their molten images are wind and confusion." Isa. 41:28-29.

Politicians have waged wars, set upon man the atom bomb, caused financial collapse, burdened the poor and those in need, stripped and burned the innocent, raided their homes and compounds, and taxed until there could not be another cent drained from the population. They have bludgeoned, accused, abused and demoralized the nation, all for the sake of personal gain. "They bend their tongues like their bow for lies: but they are not valiant for the truth upon the earth; for they proceed from evil to evil, and they know not me, saith the Lord." Jer. 9:3.

Modern politicians say, "We want to protect the children." After seeing what happened with the gassing of the Branch Davidians this statement seems incredible. The politicians say, "We want to send in peace keepers;" then go about sending in men with weapons such as tanks and long range guns. Of course, these tanks are painted white and the army wears little blue hats to create a picture of peace, but it is an army of war just the same. Men say, "We must fight for peace." Whoever heard of such a ridiculous proposition? It is like saying, "Starve for fullness. Lay in filth for cleanness." The politicians say, "We should cut taxes," then go about to raise taxes. The politicians say, "We want to preserve life," then they go about providing for millions of abortions.

Has it never occurred to some the hypocrisy of modern day politics? Abortions have been declared legal according to the Constitution of the United States because a woman should have control over her own body. That is the argument. If that be so, why is it that so many people are thrown into prison for taking drugs? Do they not have the same right over their own body? I can kill my unborn child, but I cannot take a drug. Partial birth abortions describe the murder of a young child mostly born. The brain is then sucked out of the skull. Should not that young child have control over his or her own body? You hypocrites, Jesus spoke well of you. You strain at a gnat and swallow a camel.

RELIGION

It is probable that the religions of the world are most responsible for the state of things that exist. The most guilty would be the religions that condone competition and support war efforts.

It is no secret how in religious circles the moral state of things is at the bottom. As a minister, I have personally sat in ministerial meetings where ministers were rebuked by the president of the conference for their adultery and for sneaking in to watch x-rated videos while their family was sleeping. I knew one young man right out of college who became a pastor and the ink was hardly dry on his diploma when he had seduced one of the women in the church right on the church pew. (I am not saying that seducing her somewhere else would have been right either).

I personally approached the conference president in charge of my district to handle a child molestation situation in the church and was told to leave it alone since the molester might sue the church. The so-called "Christian" denominations of this country are so far from Christian it is not even worth mentioning. Most people, however, already know this. Today, ministers fake being good and pretend to pray for the sake of gain and advantage.

The denominations have wonderful financial systems all set up to lift up their poor, corrupt institutions. Millions of tithe dollars are used to support corrupt, self-centered, political ministers in their positions of authority. They are paid thousands of dollars a month and they do almost nothing in labor for it. Does it take all those many hours to write a sermon? When a lay person gives a sermon does he get paid? Do the ministers visit the sheep? Don't the lay members visit the sheep? What does a minister do that the members of his congregation should not be able to do? The ministers certainly do not know any more about God than their congregations do.

The payment of the ministry was designed for the purpose of evangelism.

This was meant to help men take care of their families when they had to travel long distances and had little time to hold a job at the same time.

God did not intend for churches to have high paid baby sitters to hover over their congregations. He intended that the people of God would be mature enough to take care of the local church themselves.

As with the pharisees of Jesus' day, so it is today. He said, "All their works they do for to be seen of men: they make broad their phylacteries, and enlarge the borders of their garments." Matt. 23:4-5. Jesus also said of them, "Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye compass sea and land to make one proselyte, and when he is made, ye make him twofold more the child of hell than yourselves." Matt. 23:15. Busy church folk compass the globe to make converts for their churches but what good is it when they are made to be just like those pretenders who convert them? Some church members boast of how many converts they are making but if they could see as God does, they would turn away from themselves in shame. In religion it never occurs to some folk that killing is wrong. The Ten Commandments say, Thou shalt not kill. Jesus told us to turn the other cheek. He told us to resist not evil, so bold, pious preachers send their young men off to a Desert Storm or some other United Nations' conquest with their blessings. "Go and kill and God be with you." After that the wolves and their sheep tie yellow ribbons to trees. What a grand mockery of the Word of God is religion today. What a total waste of a good man's time.

Man's so-called "Christian" religion today is for the spiritually ignorant who have no mind for truth.

Compromise is the byword of the professed children of God. The Scriptures say, "Thou shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind: it is abomination." Lev. 18:22. Today's ministry ordains those who practice these things.

On the other hand, it may be heard today in many professed Christian circles, "we must do away with homosexuals in the military and stop abortions." I ask why? Have not professed Christians for years been proclaiming from their polluted pulpits that the law has been done away with. When one mentions the Sabbath as the fourth commandment this often evokes that decree. "The law is done away with." Then might I ask, what is wrong with someone breaking a law that does not exist? If the law of the Sabbath has been done away, is not also the law against homosexual activity done away? Why is there all the fuss about abortions? If the law is done away, then what could be wrong with abortion? I say that modern day Christians are only getting the fruits of their own sowing. Now modern day preachers can get a good look at what they have done to the world, for the responsibility is largely lying at their door.

The Scriptures say, "Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy." Ex. 20:8.

Modern day ministers say, "Go to church on Sunday instead." Modern religion has made up its own way and there will always be a price to pay when mankind does that. That price is even now being paid.

"And the ten horns which thou sawest upon the beast, these shall hate the whore (modern religion), and shall make her desolate and naked, and shall eat her flesh, and burn her with fire." Rev. 17:16. There is a strange touch of irony in that so many churches are being burned these days.

MEDICINE

Medicine is another profession that merchandises people. It is not a secret that large numbers who are admitted into hospitals die from accidents while there. These individuals are either given wrong drugs, the wrong dosage or they catch a disease which they did not have when they went in. Modern medicine having many wonderful scientific abilities is largely a business for getting money. The medical profession has virtually been given a blank check and they use this check quite readily. They administer drugs, the names of which they alone understand. Hospitals freely add costs to paying patients to cover those who cannot pay. There is a science to increase costs so that the grand money machine can continue its process of gain.

Many of the operations of today's modern medicine are simply extortion and if some medical professionals were candid and would share their true heart's knowledge, that is what they would have to say.

If a family practices medicine at home and refuses the regular medical care and their family member dies, they may be fined or imprisoned even if their practice is according to their religious faith. But let a man, woman or child die in the hospital and it is accepted as alright-even if the hospital causes the death through some accident.

If a religious cult practices medicine and a member dies, there will be a great show of force against such a group, but let a hospital practice medicine and it does not matter how many people are dead, the world still sings their praises. It seems as though it is illegal to die anywhere but in a hospital. Who is this grand and noble personage who made this decree?

Yes, it is true that some good things take place in modern medicine, but there are so many more evil things present within it that one would need many volumes to describe them all.

If an individual happens upon an herbal remedy that can cure cancer and he sells this remedy, he may be fined or imprisoned for "practicing medicine" even if his remedy works. But let a hospital "practice medicine" and try many things that don't work and that is considered acceptable. At least they made many thousands of dollars practicing.

Take your automobile to a mechanic. He will fix it. If he does not fix it, he does not get paid. Take your body to a doctor. If he does not fix it or even breaks it, he is still paid handsomely.

It should be noted that many physicians believe they are doing the right thing in promoting the modern methods of healing. Many of them may very well have good motives, but the system is not that hard to discern if one will only take a candid look.

LAW

The legal profession is composed largely of a multitude of paid liars and extortioners. They use what they call "legal language" that no one can understand but themselves. Why is it that they do not speak plainly as other men? As with all professions, there may be an honest man here or there, but I propose that if a man were always totally honest in every transaction, he could not be in any one of the aforementioned professions for long. Tell the truth at all times and you are put out of this world's affairs. Instead of simply following law and truth, lawyers work to distort and change the meaning of things so that those who pay them might get the advantage they desire.

One can hire a lawyer at great expense and if he can outmaneuver the adversary, it is possible to receive a monetary reward. Honesty and truth are not the prime goal, but, instead, financial reward.

This document is not intended to deride any single man or profession. The intention here is to show that all men, in any profession, who are not governed by the Holy Spirit of God will corrupt themselves and are corrupted. It can be shown that our world is well nigh empty of God's Spirit and ripe for judgment. These few things mentioned are still in the realm of effects. The primary causes are almost unseen. We will now look at some of these causes.

Daniel the prophet warns of a power which is to arise. "In his place shall arise a contemptible person on whom royal majesty had not been conferred; he shall come in without warning and obtain the kingdom through intrigue. Armies shall be utterly swept away and broken before him, and the prince of the covenant as well. And after an alliance is made with him, he shall act deceitfully and become strong with a small party. Without warning he shall come into the richest parts of the province and do what none of his predecessors had ever done, lavishing plunder, spoil, and wealth on them. He shall devise plans against strongholds. ...He shall have intelligence with them that forsake the holy covenant. ...They shall place the abomination that maketh desolate. And such as do wickedly against the covenant shall he corrupt by flatteries. ...And the king shall do according to his will; and he shall exalt himself, and magnify himself above every god. ...In his estate shall he honor the God of forces. ...But he shall have power over the treasures of gold and silver, and over all the precious things of Egypt." Dan. 11.

These are the facts mentioned. (1) A contemptible person shall arise who has not been voted in. (2) He shall have power to sweep armies away and even destroy the prince of the covenant (true religious faith). (3) He shall work with deceit and become powerful with just a few individuals. (4) He is rich and can lavish wealth on whomever he likes. (5) He shall place the abomination that makes everything desolate. (6) He works through flattery. (7) He will use force to get what he wants. (8) He will have power over the treasures of money.

If a mystery is what you like, this is a very elementary one. There is only one power that can fulfill all of these things mentioned. It is the power that now rules over the earth. There is a power which involves a few men. It controls all of the financial powers and secrets of intrigue. The armies of the world and the United Nations are at its command. It works secretly through political parties and financial institutions. It is not voted in, but, instead, actually designs who will be voted in. It can sweep armies away such as in Desert Storm. It has had power over the religious faith by providing for laws which make it virtually impossible to speak true righteousness without fear of lawsuit or some other media attack. This power can lavish wealth on whomever it likes. It uses flattery in the form of prizes, awards or grants to reward those who serve it. The force of the state or states is used to subdue its enemies. It controls all the money. It has set up an abomination that has made our nation and world morally and spiritually desolate. According to Revelation 17, the great whore, which is modern apostate religion, rides on its back.

"Let no man beguile you in any wise: for it will not be (the coming of Christ), except the falling away come first, and the man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition, he that opposeth and exalteth himself against all that is called God or that is worshipped; so that he sitteth in the temple of God, setting himself forth as God. Remember ye not, that, when I was yet with you, I told you these things? And now ye know that which restraineth, to the end that he may be revealed in his own season. For the mystery of lawlessness doth already work: only there is one that restraineth now, until he be taken out of the way. And then shall be revealed (exposed) the lawless one, whom the Lord Jesus shall slay with the breath of his mouth, and bring to nought by the manifestation of his coming; even he, whose coming is according to the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders, and with all deceit of unrighteousness for them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved. And for this cause God sendeth them a working of error, that they should believe a lie: that they all might be judged who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness." (2 Thes. 2:3-12, ASV).

There is a little book which was printed about 100 years ago which is the expression of this new lawless power. In the following chapter are excerpts from that little book.

CHAPTER THREE

THE SECRET HAND

(Excerpts from the little book)*

"What has restrained the beasts of prey who are called men? What is it that has guided them so far? In ancient societies they were kept in line by brutal and blind force; after that, it was law. Law is the very same force, only disguised.

"...There was a time when faith ruled, but in our day, the power which has replaced the liberal rulers is the power of money.

"It makes no difference whether a government is exhausted by its own convulsions, or if its internal discord and strife allows its enemies to take it over - the result is the same. It is irretrievably lost: it is then in our power. The iron-fisted rule of money, which is entirely in our hands, holds out a straw to the government that it must, eventually, reach out and accept - for if it does not, it goes to the bottom.

"...There is nothing in common between politics and morality. Any ruler governed by morality will be unstable on his throne because he cannot be a skilled politician. Anyone wanting to rule over men must have three things. He must have cunning. He must also have ourselves, who are in the shade-that is, mostly invisible, thanks to the news media under our control. And, thirdly, he must utilize fantasy or make-believe. Great national qualities, like frankness and honesty, are destructive qualities in politics. They topple rulers from their thrones more effectively and more certainly than the most powerful enemy. Those qualities must be the attributes of kingdoms of the nations, but we must, under no circumstances, be guided by them.

"Our right to do what we desire lies in force. The word 'right' is an abstract illusion and cannot be proven by anything. The word means no more than: when you give me what I demand, it proves that I am stronger than you.

"...Whenever there is a government that has poorly organized authority, and that has lost the personal nature of its laws and rulers because of liberalism's flood of so-called 'rights', I find that there is a new right. That is, it is our right to attack merely because we are the stronger. Also included in that right is to scatter to the winds, all existing forces of order and regulation; to reconstruct all institutions. We, then, also become the sovereign lord of those who gave up their rights of power, voluntarily, in their liberalism.

"In the present chaos caused by the tottering condition of all forms of power, our own power will be more invisible than any other. This is because it will remain invisible until it has gained so much strength that no cunning can possibly undermine it.

"...The citizens of nations are stupefied with alcohol and drugs; their youth have grown stupid on classic literature and novels, and from immorality learned at early ages. That immorality was taught to them by our special agents - teachers, mindless servants, governesses in the houses of the wealthy, by ecclesiastics and others; also by our women in the places of dissipation commonly used by the citizenry. I include in the last category, the so-called 'society ladies,' who are voluntary followers of the others in corruption and luxury.1

1It now may be noted that this order of things has worked quite effectively. In the days when this little book was written this corruption was spread by personal contact. These days it is expanded to include the movie and television industry which is rife with immorality and violence. All of this is inculcated to lead minds in that direction with the added effect of make-believe. Fantasy and unreal drama has well-nigh ended reasonable, clear thinking.

"The signature of our power is - force and make-believe. Only force conquers in political affairs, especially if it is concealed under the cloak of statesmanship. When governments do not want to lay down their crowns at the feet of the new power, we must respond with violence, cunning and make-believe. These evils are the only means by which to attain the end, the good. Therefore we must not stop at bribery, deceit and treachery when they will help towards attaining our goals. In politics it is necessary to know how to seize the property of others without hesitation if that will win for us submission and sovereignty.

"Our State, marching along the path of peaceful conquest, has the right to replace the horrors of war by less noticeable and more satisfactory means. That is, by the sentences of death that are necessary to maintain the terror which leads to blind submission. Merciless justice and severity [as with the Branch Davidians] is the greatest strength in the State: not only for the sake of profit but also in the name of duty. For the sake of victory, we must keep to the program of violence and make-believe. In the name of squaring accounts or making things 'right', it is necessary to use severity and harshness that have the appearance of justice [as in Desert Storm]. It is by this means that we shall bring all governments into subjection to our supergovernment [the United Nations]. When they know that we are merciless in exacting our form of justice, all disobedience will cease.

"Far back in ancient times we were the first to proclaim to the masses of the people the words 'Liberty, Equality, Fraternity'. Those words have been repeated many times since by stupid human parrots everywhere, who greedily take the bait. When they did that, they also eliminated the well-being of the world - that is, the true freedom of the individual which had, until then, been protected from the mindless mob. The would-be wise men of the nations, the so-called intellectuals, could not make anything out of those words in their abstractness. They did not note the contradiction of their meaning and how they related to each other. They did not see that in nature, there is no equality, and there cannot be freedom. They do not see that Nature herself has established inequality of minds, of characters, and capabilities. She has done this just as unchangeably as she has made everything else adhere to her laws.

"...In all corners of the earth the words 'Liberty, Equality, Fraternity,' brought into our ranks whole legions who bore our banners with enthusiasm - all thanks to our blind agents. And all the time these words were cankerworms at work boring into the well-being of the nations, putting an end everywhere to peace, quiet, solidarity and destroying all the foundations of the nation States. As you will see later, this helped us triumph; it made it possible for us to get our hands on the real master card. ...On the ruins we have made of the natural and family line of ruling powers of the nations, we have set up the educated class to rule by the kingdom of money. To qualify to rule in this kingdom requires wealth, which we control, and knowledge which comes from the power of our learned elders.

"...That abstract illusion called freedom that we have used to infect the minds of the mob in all countries, we have used to convince them that they are the ones that choose their government. It has also enabled us to make the mindless mob think that they are the true owners of their country, and that their government is only their elected servant and can be replaced like a worn-out glove whenever they desire.

"It is precisely the idea that they think they can replace their representatives when they don't like what they are doing that has put them under our control. This has given into our hands the power to set up and replace so-called elected representatives, by our appointment.

"It is exceedingly important for our purposes that whenever there are wars they should not result in one side or the other gaining territory. By doing this, war will become an economic tool that will cause the nations to whom we give assistance, to recognize our strength and dominance. This will result in putting the sides of the conflict at the mercy of our international organizations which possess millions of eyes, ever on the watch, and are under no one else's control or limitations, whatever. Our international right to govern will then wipe out the individual nations' rights. We will rule the nations in exactly the same way the nations rule their subjects-by an international form of civil law.

"We shall choose those to run the governments from among the public. The main qualification for these positions will be their willingness for unquestioning, servile obedience. They will not be persons trained in the art of government and will, therefore, easily become pawns in the hands of the men of learning and genius who will be their advisers. Those advisers will be specialists, bred and reared from early childhood to rule the affairs of the whole world. As you well know, these specialists of ours, in order to make them fit to rule, have been receiving all the information they need from our political plans. In addition, they learn from history and from closely observing current events. The nations are not guided by the practical use of unprejudiced historical observation as they should be but, rather, by a routine derived from a theory. They do this without any forethought or regard for the consequence or results. Because of this we need not even consider them at all. Let them amuse themselves until it is too late, or go on looking for some new form of enterprising self-indulgence, or just live in the past on the memories of all they have accomplished and enjoyed. They will do this because we have persuaded them to accept their role. We have done this by convincing them that science or theory is the principle value system to which they should adhere. It is for this purpose that we continually use our control of the news media to arouse blind confidence in these theories. The intellectuals of the nations will puff themselves up with their knowledge. They will do this without any logical verification of those theories we present to them as fact. They will then put into effect all the so-called scientific information available that our agents have cunningly pieced together for the purpose of educating their minds in the direction we want. [An example of this is the theory of evolution].

THE DAILY NEWS

"...In the hands of the national governments today, the greatest force for moving the minds and thoughts of the people is the news media. The primary purposes of the news media are: to keep pointing out things that we want the people to believe are indispensable; to give voice to the complaints of the people; and to express and create discontent. It is in the news media that the illusionary triumph of freedom of speech begins to look as if it is real. But the nations have not known how to make use of this potent force, and it has fallen into our hands. Through the news media we have gained the power to influence and control the minds of the people, while remaining hidden.1

1It may seem strange that a power can boast of so much control over men and leaders, but one need only to consider the difficulty that surrounds getting on the national ballot. Two major parties can manage to present their candidates before the public but even their image and message is formed by the news media which makes them whatever the dictators of the media decide. People are then left to vote for one of the two presented before them and either one of those chosen will do the will of the true power which remains hidden. The people then believe they have had the chance to elect a leader. The so-called freedom boasted of in this society is only freedom to do whatever the secret forces dictate. Men still remain locked into the slavery of debt and legal controls that make their "freedom" seem like mockery.

"Today I may tell you that we are only a few steps away from achieving our goal. There remains a small space to cross and the whole, long path we have trodden is now ready to close its cycle of the Symbolic Snake-that symbol that represents our people. When this ring closes, all the nation states...will be locked into its coil as in a powerful vice.

"The constitutional scales of balance in these days will shortly break down, for we have created them with a certain lack of accurate balance. This is causing them to oscillate continually until they wear through the pivot on which they turn. The nations are under the delusion that they have welded them strongly enough and they believe that the scales will eventually come into equilibrium.

"...In order to cause those who want power to misuse that power, we have set all forces in opposition to one another. This is breaking up their liberal tendencies towards independence. To accomplish this we have stirred up every form of individual ambition, we have armed all parties and we have set up official authority to be a target for all that ambition. We have made gladiatorial arenas out of the nations. In those arenas we have introduced a host of confused issues over which they may contend. Just a little more, and bankruptcy and disorder will be universal.

"All people are chained down to heavy toil by poverty [and debt] more firmly than they were ever chained by slavery and serfdom. A few, by some way or another, might free themselves, but we can handle them. However, they will never be free from desiring material possessions. We have included in the constitution certain rights that seem to the masses as fictitious and not real rights. All these so-called 'people's rights' can never really exist except in the thin vapor of an idea. An idea which can never be realized in practical life. What does a common laborer care who is bowed down under his heavy toil, crushed by his lot in life, if talkers get the right to babble and journalists get the right to scribble any nonsense right beside really genuine issues? Once the common man can gain nothing from the constitution except a few pitiful crumbs which we fling to him from our table in order to get him to vote for what we dictate-for men we place in power-he is our servant. To a poor man, the rights that he supposedly gained from political conservatism are no more than a bitter irony because he finds nothing but the necessity of toiling all day which never gives him the opportunity to exercise those rights. On the other hand, they actually rob him of all guarantee of a secure and regular income by making him dependent on labor strikes by his co-workers, or lockouts by his employer.

"...We now appear on the scene as apparent saviors of the common worker, saving him from this oppression by enrolling him in the ranks of our various forces fighting for imaginary civil liberties. The upper class, which enjoyed by law the labor of the workers, was interested in seeing that the workers were well fed, healthy and strong. We are interested in just the opposite-in the diminishment, the killing out of the nations. Our power is in the chronic...physical and mental weakness of the worker. What that results in is his being made the slave of our will, and he will not find in the authorities of his own society either the strength or energy to oppose us. Hunger, in whatever form it comes, causes money to rule over the worker more certainly than any aristocracy or the legal right of government.

"By creating poverty, whether imaginary or real, we, in turn, create an envy and hatred between those who have and those who have not. With that hatred and envy we shall control the mobs and use their hands to wipe out all those who hinder us in achieving our goals.

"When the hour strikes for our sovereign lord of all the world to be crowned, it is these same hands of the mob which will sweep away everything that might be a hindrance for him.

"...Because of the present state of public information that we have directed and developed, the people cherish a blind hatred towards all conditions which they consider above themselves, because they have no understanding of the meaning of class and condition. We have brought about this state of affairs by causing the people to blindly and ignorantly believe whatever the news media tells them.

"This hatred will be still further magnified by the effects of an economic crisis, which will stop dealings on the exchanges and bring industry to a standstill. With all the secret, underground methods available to us, and with the aid of money which is all in our control, we shall create a universal world crisis whereby we shall send mobs of workers into the streets, simultaneously in all countries. ...These mobs will rush with delight to shed the blood of those whom, in the simplicity of their ignorance, they have envied from childhood, and then will be able to loot their property. They will not be able to touch our property and families because we will know the moment the attacks will come and take appropriate measures.1

1When men are in control of the wealth of the nation, they need not fear for their own riches. In October of 1987, the stock marked took a serious plunge. Many lost their entire retirement and savings. Yet, those in high places who know how to control financial markets were left untouched. The markets can be manipulated to bankrupt the little man while enriching the super rich. The speculative markets are only speculative for the unsuspecting. The final crash soon to come will be well planned and leave everyone destitute except those behind the scenes.

"...Because the common people see that all sorts of concessions and indulgences have been given to them in the name of freedom and equality, they come to imagine themselves to be sovereign lords and storm their way to power. But, naturally, like every other blind man who has come upon a host of stumbling blocks, they rush to find a guide. They have never had the sense to return to the former condition and have laid down their rightful power at our feet. Remember the French Revolution and how it was we who gave it the name of 'Great'-the secrets of its preparations are well known to us, for it was completely the work of our hands.

"Ever since that time we have been leading the peoples from one disenchantment to another. This has been done so that in the end they should turn even from us, in favor of that King whom we are preparing for the world.

"At the present day we are, as an international force, invincible. This is so because, if attacked by some nation, we are supported by others. It is the common, low nature of the nations to crawl on their bellies to force while, at the same time, being merciless towards weakness and faults and indulgent to crimes. They are unwilling to bear the contradictions of a free social system but are patient to the point of martyrdom when a bold dictator inflicts violence upon them. It is these qualities which are helping us on to independent power. The peoples of the nations will bear patiently under the abuses of a charismatic dictator things which they would have cut the heads of kings for doing.

"...It is explained by the fact that a cunning dictator, through his agents, will whisper to the peoples that these abuses inflicted upon them are actually inflicting injury upon the nations for the very highest good- that is-to secure the welfare of the peoples, the international brotherhood of them all, and their unity and equality of rights. Naturally, they do not tell the peoples that this unification must be accomplished only under our sovereign rule.

"And thus the people condemn the upright and acquit the guilty, and are persuaded ever more and more that they can do whatsoever they wish. Thanks to this state of things, the people are destroying every kind of stability and creating disorders at every step.

WE MUST UNDERMINE FAITH

"...It is absolutely necessary for us to undermine all faith, to tear out of the minds of the nations the very principle of the Godhead and the Spirit, and to replace it with scientific and social calculations and material needs.

"In order to give the nations no time to think and realize what is going on, their minds must be diverted towards industry and trade. Thus, all the nations and peoples will be swallowed up in the pursuit of material gain. While deeply involved in this, they will not take note of their common foe. But again, in order that the communities of the nations may be finally disintegrated and ruined by freedom, we must place industry on the basis of speculation such as a stock market or commodities exchange. The result of that will be that whatever is taken out of the land by industry will be invested in speculation and thus will pass into our control.1

1The news media, under the control of this new power, creates the general impression that the religious elements are somewhat ridiculous; that Christian ideals are for radicals and conservatives. At the same time, jobs, jobs, jobs are the watchwords. This, so mankind can lavish upon themselves the luxuries dangled before their unsuspecting minds. The television ads always show how happy the families are that can acquire some new thing. The ads show how new and wonderful products are attained by healthy, happy, well adjusted families. The population is hardly aware that all of this is to prepare them for their slavery and final destruction.

"By causing an intensified struggle for superiority and by the shocks we deliver to economic life, we will create, nay, have already created communities that are disenchanted, cold and heartless. Such communities will foster a strong revulsion towards the higher political and religion. Their only purpose is personal and material gain-money-which they will make into a veritable cult for the sake of those material delights which it can give.

"...We shall create a concentrated, centralized government in order to grip in our hands all the forces of the community. By using new laws, we shall rigidly and mechanically regulate all of the political life of our subjects. These laws will withdraw, one by one, all of the liberties and indulgences which have been permitted by the nations. Our government will be distinguished by a despotism of monumental proportions. This government will be in a position, at any moment and in every place, to wipe out any nations who oppose us by deed or word. Some will tell us that a despotism such as I am talking about will not fit in with the progress of these days, but I will prove to you that it will.

"...The art of controlling and directing the masses of people and individuals is done by means of cleverly presented theory and wording, by creating regulations to rule their lives and by many other means. The nations largely understand nothing about this art which belongs to the specialists of our administrative brain. We have been brought up on analysis, observation and delicacies of fine calculation and in this area we have no rivals-any more than we are rivaled in the creation of plans of political actions and solid unity. In this respect the Jesuits alone might have compared with us, but we have conspired to discredit them in the eyes of the unthinking, mindless citizenry. We have caused them to be an open and known organization while we have kept ours a secret-in the shade, as it were. However, it probably makes no difference to the world who is its sovereign lord, whether the head of Catholicism or our despot. But to us, the chosen people, it is very far from being a matter of indifference.

"...We have taken the personal and national desires of the nations and set them against each other. We have bred religious and race hatred into a huge growth in the course of the past twenty centuries. This is the reason why there is not any country, anywhere, that would rise up against us because they would not receive any support for it. Every one of them must bear in mind that any alliance against us would be quite unprofitable to them. We are too strong-there is no getting away from our power. The nations cannot even come to a small, private agreement without our secretly having a hand in it.

"...In this present age it is more important to disarm the peoples than to lead them into war; more important to use, for our advantage, the passions which have burst into flame than to quench their fire; more important to understand the ideas of others and then interpret them to suit our own purposes than to eradicate them. The central purpose of our directorate consists in this: to debilitate the public mind by criticism; to distract it from any serious considerations that are calculated to arouse resistance; to divert their minds to engage in conflicts whose issues are eloquently presented but hollow and meaningless.

"In all ages the peoples of the world, collectively and as individuals, have accepted words in the place of deeds because they are content with a show. They rarely pause to take notice whether promises are followed by performance, especially in the public arena; therefore, we shall establish institutions that are nothing more than show and will give eloquent 'proof' of beneficial progress.

"...In order to bring public opinion into our hands we must cause it to experience great bewilderment. This will be done by giving expression to so many contradictory opinions, and for such a length of time, that the nations will become dazed in the confusion of the maze of voices. This will result in their realizing that the best thing is to have no opinion of any kind in political matters which the people and even their governments do not understand. Those things are only rightly understood by him who guides the public. This is the first secret.

"The second secret that is required for the success of our government is expressed in the following: to cause an increase of the national failings, habits, passions, conditions of civil life, so that it will be impossible for anyone to know what his place is in the resulting chaos. This will result in utter failure of the people to understand one another. This course of action will also serve us in another way, namely, to sow discord among all factions, to dislocate all organized forces which are still unwilling to submit to us, and to discourage any kind of personal initiative or enterprise which might hinder our progress in any way. There is nothing more dangerous than personal initiative. If it is directed by genius, such initiative can do more than can be done by millions of people among whom we have sown discord.

"We must direct the education of the nation's communities in such a way that whenever they encounter a situation requiring initiative they will throw up their hands in despair and impotence.1 The stress and confusion which results when the freedom of one comes in conflict with the freedom of another drains the energies of both. From this conflict arise intense moral shocks, disenchantments and failures. By all these means we shall wear down the nations so effectively that they will be forced to offer us international power. That power will be of a nature that it will enable us, without violence, to gradually absorb all the national forces and power of the world. From that we will form our super-government [the United Nations]. In place of the ruling governments of today, we shall set up a rigidly controlled system which will be called the super-government [UN] Administration. Its hands will reach out in all directions like pruning shears and its organization will be of such colossal dimensions that it cannot fail to subdue all the nations of the world.

1Initiative is a great barrier to the goals of the new order. For this reason, many conflicting laws and regulations, as well as policy in general, is promoted to exasperate individual initiative. Business will be best suited to large enterprises controlled by those behind the scenes. Small ventures requiring individual initiative often find themselves surrounded by many frustrating hindrances. These take the form of environmental "concerns," endangered species regulations, and the ever present competition from large corporate interests who are largely controlled by the new power. The goal is to bring everyone into humble submission to this new order of things.

THE KINGDOM OF MONEY

"We shall. . . establish huge monopolies, reservoirs of colossal riches [International Banking], that even the large economies of the nations will depend on it to such an extent that they will go to the bottom together with the credit of the nations on the day after the political smash. You gentlemen here who are economists, just make an estimate of the significance of this combination. In every possible way we must develop the significance of our United Nations by representing it as the protector and benefactor of all those who voluntarily submit to us.

"The suitability of the nations as a political force is dead - we need not take it into account; but those who possess and exercise control over land can still be harmful to us. This is because they are self-sufficient due to the resources of the land on which they live or have control over. It is essential, therefore, for us at whatever cost to deprive them of their land. This goal will be best attained by increasing the pressures and burdens upon land-real property, by loading lands with debt [property taxes, environmental protection issues]. These measures will severely limit landholding and keep it in a state of humble and unconditional submission.

"...At the same time we must intensively patronize trade and industry. First place, however, must be given to speculation, that part which provides a controlling opposition to industry. An industry that is not deeply involved in speculation will multiply money in private hands and will serve to restore agriculture by freeing the land from indebtedness to the banks. What we want is that industry should drain off from the land both labor and money, and by means of speculation, transfer into our hands all the money of the world. This will throw all the nations into the ranks of the lower-class workers. Then the nations will bow down before us, if for no other reason than to get the right to exist.

"To complete the ruin of national industry we shall, in addition to speculation, add the lure of luxury which we have developed among the nations. We have created a greedy demand for luxury which is swallowing up everything [through artfully constructed advertising]. ...We shall raise the rate of wages which, however, will not bring any advantage to the workers, because at the same time, we shall stimulate inflation to bring about a rise in prices. ...We shall further very skilfully undermine the sources of production by stimulating the workers to drunkenness and making them think they are in control of everything. We shall accompany this with every effort to eradicate all national educated influences from the face of the earth.

"It is important that the true meaning of what is happening should not be understood by the peoples or nations before the right time has come. In order to accomplish this we shall hide it under a pretended zealous motive of serving the working classes and the great principles of political economy. For these economic theories we are carrying on a strong program of propaganda.1

1This propaganda could be seen in the political and in the media during the push for the GATT and NAFTA treaties recently enacted by the nations. One need make no mistake about it, the secret forces get what they want no matter who apparently holds the reigns of power.

"The intensification of military armaments and the increase of police forces are all essential for the completion of the aforementioned plans. The end result which we seek is that in all nations of the world there should, other than ourselves, be only the masses of the common worker, a few millionaires devoted to our interests, police and soldiers. "We must create upheavals, discords and open hostility. By this we shall gain a double advantage. First off, we will be able to keep all countries under our control. They will submit to this control because they well know that we have the power to create disorders or to restore order whenever we like. All these countries are quite used to the fact that we possess the indispensable force of extortion [economic sanctions]. Secondly, by means of conspiracies and scheming we shall cause utter confusion by the strings we have tied into the cabinets of all nations. We have created these controls within the governments by means of political and economic treaties or loan obligations. In order to create all this discord and confusion of power, we must use great cunning and insight during negotiations and agreements. However, we shall use the opposite tactics of masking what we do under a cloak of honesty and compliancy using the 'official language' or jargon of government known as legal language. In this way, the peoples and governments, whom we have taught to look only at the outside of whatever we present to them and never examine it in depth, will still continue to accept us as the benefactors and saviors of the human race.

WE WILL MAKE WAR

"Whenever we encounter any nation which dares to oppose us, we must be prepared to incite war and join with its neighbors against it; but if those neighboring countries should also venture to stand together against us, then we must create resistance by inciting a universal war.

"...We must force the national governments to act in the direction favored by our broad master plan which is already approaching its desired goal. This force will come in the form of public opinion which has been secretly shaped and molded by us through the means of that so-called 'Great Power'-the news media. That power is, with a few exceptions that may be disregarded, already entirely in our hands.

"...The representatives of the nations sign papers and treaties without bothering to understand them because they are only in their positions of service for either material gain or from ambition.

"...We shall surround our government with a whole world of economists, constellations of bankers, industrialists, capitalists and - the main thing - millionaires. The latter because in material substance every difference between parties or business transactions will be settled by sums of money.

"For a time, until conditions are safe for entrusting responsible posts in government to our brothers, we shall occupy them with persons whose past reputation has created a great alienation between them and the peoples. These will be individuals who, if they disobey our instructions, will face criminal charges or disappear. This threat will make them defend our interests to their last gasp because they know that the people, to whom they have been unfaithful in their past dealings, will not come to their aid.

"When working out our plans and principles in any particular country, you must pay attention to the character and social standards of the people and adhere to them. This must be done until such time as the people shall have been re-educated to our way of thinking. By approaching the people's social and moral standards with caution, you will see that not a decade will pass before the most stubborn character will change and we shall add yet another people to the ranks of those already subdued by us.

"...For us there is nothing to restrict or to limit the range of our activit y. Our Super-Government [the U.N.] actually abides above and outside any laws. It would, therefore, be described more accurately by the energetic and forcible words - benevolent dictatorship. I am in a position to tell you, with a clear conscience, that at the proper time we, the lawgivers, shall execute judgment and sentence. We shall kill and we shall spare. We, as head of all our troops, are mounted on the steed of the leader. We rule by force of will because in our hands are the fragments of a once powerful system which we have conquered, and the weapons we have gathered from among the conquered peoples are limitless ambitions, burning greediness, merciless vengeance, hatred and malice.

"It is from us that the all-consuming terror proceeds. We have in our service persons of all opinions, of all doctrines. Included are those who desire to restore monarchies and kingships; those who would be leaders of the peoples by inciting them to discontent: socialists, communists, and utopian dreamers of every kind. We have harnessed them all to the task of serving our purposes. Each one of them, on his own, is boring away at the last remnants of authority and striving to overthrow all established form of order. By these acts, all nations and societies are in torture. They try to reason with the people to restore tranquillity and are ready to sacrifice everything for peace, but we will not give them peace until they openly acknowledge the United Nations and fully submit to it.

"Without much altering the existing laws, we have twisted their interpretations so as to make them contradict each other. We have succeeded in erecting great and magnificent results by perverting the laws. The first result was that the interpretations of the laws actually masked their true intent. Afterwards, those laws were entirely hid from eyes of the governments because it became impossible to make anything out of the tangled web of legislation.

"This is from where the theory of arbitration comes. You may say that the nations will rise up against us, guns in hand, if they guess what is going on before the time comes; but in the West we have established a plan of such appalling terror that the very stoutest hearts will tremble. The undergrounds, metropolitan transit systems whose subterranean corridors will, before the time comes, be driven under all the capitals, will be blown into the air with all their organizations and archives.

"When we have accomplished our coup d'etat, our grab of all political power, we will just tell the peoples, 'Everything has gone terribly bad. Everyone has been brought down by suffering, but we are merely destroying the causes of your torment which are nationalities, frontiers, differences of coinage and money. You can, of course, judge us prematurely, but would it be a righteous judgment if you have not given what we are offering you a fair chance?' This will result in the mob bearing us up in their hands and exalting us in unanimous triumph of hopes and expectations. 'Free' elections and voting, which we have made one of the means of our success, will set us on the throne of the world.

"...To bring this about, we must have everybody without distinction of class or qualification. This is the only way we can establish an absolute majority which cannot be gotten from educated property owners alone. In this way, we manage to give everyone a sense of self-importance and destroy in the nations the importance of the family and its educational value. It also eliminates the possibility of individual minds separating from our planned course. The mob, which is controlled by us, will not let them get any attention or even allow them to be heard if their opinions differ from our own. They will listen only to us because it pays them to obey and give us attention. In this way, we shall create a blind, mighty force which will never move in any direction without the guidance of our agents, the leaders of the mob. The people will submit to this regime because they will know that their income and all of their benefits depend upon these leaders.

"...These schemes will not turn existing institutions upside down just yet. They will only affect changes in their economy and consequently in the whole combined movement of their progress which will thus be directed along the paths laid down in our schemes. "...When we introduced the poison of liberalism into the national organism, its whole political complexion underwent a change. States have been seized with a mortal illness - blood-poisoning. All that remains is to await the end of their death agony.

"...We ourselves shall tell presidents what their responsibility is. By that time, we shall be powerful enough so that we can disregard normal channels of action in carrying out our desires. We will make our personal puppet responsible for all of that. ....

"In order that our scheme may produce this result, we shall arrange elections in favor of those presidential candidates that have some dark, undiscovered stain in their past, some food for scandal. Then they will be trustworthy agents for the accomplishment of our plans. This 'trust' will come from fear of being exposed and from the natural desire everyone has who has risen to such political power, namely to retain the privileges, advantages and honor connected with the office of president. The chamber of deputies will elect presidents and provide cover and protection for them; but we shall take away from them the right to propose new legislation or to make changes in existing laws. This right will be surrendered to us by our puppet president. Naturally, the authority of the president will then become a target for every possible form of attack; however, we shall provide him with means of self-defense. That will take the form of the president's right to appeal to the people for their decision over the heads of their representatives. Of course he will be doing nothing more than appealing to that same blind bunch of slaves of ours - the majority of the mob or masses. Independent of this, we shall invest the president with the right of declaring a state of war. We shall justify this on the ground that the president as Commander in Chief of the armed forces must have the military at his disposal in case he must defend the new constitution which is his right to defend as its sworn representative. It is easy to understand that under these conditions, the key to the shrine of government will rest in our hands and no one, apart from ourselves, will ever direct the force of legislation. The president, at our direction, will make interpretations of existing laws that are vague enough to be twisted to say what we desire. He will also annul or make of none-effect those laws when we indicate to him the necessity of doing so. Besides this, he will have the right to propose temporary laws and even new directions in how the government works with the constitution. His justification for all of this he will give as the supreme welfare of the people and the nation.1

1The president has power to change national conviction at will. One case in point was the issue over China's most favored nation status. For years the presidents argued against granting this status on the basis that China had a poor human rights record. The new order has no concern for human rights at all. This argument is merely a ploy for manipulation. The truth is that China was not cooperating economically. After China began to buckle under and enter into the financial scheme of the New World Order, President Clinton dropped the condition that China conform to any human rights requirements. The New World Order is concerned with money and control, not human rights.

"By such measures we shall obtain the power of destroying little by little, step by step, all of the things we introduced into the constitutions in the first place. This will prepare for the transition to an unperceived abolition of every kind of constitution. When the time has come, we will turn every form of government into our despotism.

"The revelation of our dictator may actually come before the destruction of the constitution. The moment for this revelation will come when the peoples, utterly wearied by the unpredictability and incompetence of their political leaders - a matter for which we shall arrange - will clamor and cry, 'Away with them and give us one ruler over all the earth who will unite us and eliminate the causes of discord, frontiers, nationalities, religions and national debts who will give us peace and quiet which we cannot find with our present rulers and representatives.'

"You, yourselves know perfectly well that to cause the peoples of all nations to desire such a thing, it is absolutely necessary to cause trouble and discontent in the relationship between the people and their governments. It is critical that the people become exhausted with dissension, hatred, struggle, envy, even the use of torture, starvation, inoculation of diseases, and poverty - leaving the nations no other vision than to take refuge in our complete sovereignty which is the control of money and everything else. But if we give the nations of the world any breathing room, the moment we long for will likely never arrive.

"...The nations are a flock of sheep and we are their wolves. And you know what happens when the wolves get hold of the flock? There is another reason also why they will close their eyes to what we are doing; we shall keep promising to give them back all the liberties we have taken away as soon as we have quelled the enemies of peace and brought into control all of society. It is not wise to make any mention about how long they must be kept waiting for this return of their liberties. For what purpose then have we invented this whole policy and then grafted it into the minds of the nations without giving them any chance to examine its underlying meaning?

"...We shall deal with the news media in the following way: what is the part played by the news media today? It serves to excite and inflame those passions which are needed for our purposes, or else it serves the selfish goals of groups of individuals. It is often flat, dull and insipid, unjust, intellectually dishonest or even outright lying, and the majority of the public have no idea what purpose it really serves. We saddle and bridle the news media with a tight bit. We also do the same with all publications of the printing press because there would be no sense in ridding ourselves of attacks from the news media if we are still the target for newspapers, pamphlets and books.

"...No one shall get away with laying a finger on the glowing radiance of our reputation for government infallibility. The excuse for stopping any publication will be the alleged plea that it is agitating the public mind without reason or justification. Please take note of this, however: among those who will be making attacks upon us there will be organizations established by us; but they will attack only things that we have already decided to change. Not a single announcement will reach the public without our control. Even now, this is already true because all news items are received and disseminated by a few agencies covering all parts of the world [national and international news wire-services]. These agencies will then be already entirely ours and will give publicity only to what we dictate to them. If we have already conspired to possess and control the minds of the peoples and nations to such an extent that they all look at world events through the colored glasses we are placing over their eyes; if there is already not a single nation where there are any barriers for us to look into what national stupidity calls state secrets, what will our position be when we shall be acknowledged as the supreme lords of the world in the person of our leader who will be ruler of all the world?

"...Literature and journalism are two of the most important educational forces, therefore, our government will become proprietor of the majority of the journals and news media productions. This will neutralize the injurious influence of privately owned news media and publishers, and will put us in possession of the greatest influence upon the public mind. . . . If we allow ten journals not controlled by us to be published, we shall counteract them with thirty of our own and keep that ratio throughout. This, however, must never be suspected by the public. To accomplish this, all publications and productions put out by us will appear to give a variety of opposing viewpoints. They will be quite different from each other in appearance, political leanings and editorial opinions. This will create a confidence in us and attract unsuspicious opponents to us who will thus fall into our trap and be rendered harmless.

"...All of our newspapers and media productions will be of all possible complexions and viewpoints - aristocratic, conservative, liberal, revolutionary, some even advocating anarchy. Of course, these will only exist as long as the constitution exists. ...Like the Hindu idol, Vishnu, they will have a hundred hands and every one of them will have a finger on any one of the public opinions as necessary. When the pulse quickens, these hands will lead public opinion in the direction of our desire, for an excited patient loses all power of judgment and easily yields to suggestion. Those fools who will think they are repeating the opinion of a newspaper or media of their own camp, will actually be echoing our own opinion or any opinion that seems desirable for us. In the vain belief that they are following the party of their own ideals, they will in fact be following the flag which we hang out for them.

"In order to direct our news media and newspaper 'militia', we must take great and intricate care in organizing this matter. Under the title of central department of the News Media, we shall organize literary conventions. At these gatherings our agents will, secretly and unobtrusively, issue orders and watchwords of the day. They shall engage in controversial discussions on a superficial level, taking care not to touch the true substance of the matter. By this method, our organizations will carry on a sham fight with the official media. This will be done solely for the purpose of giving us the occasion to express ourselves in a more legitimate-looking manner than we could if we merely made some announcement of editorial opinion. That way it will appear as if we are defending truth, rather than just proclaiming it.

"These attacks upon us will also serve another purpose, namely, that our subject will be convinced of the existence of true freedom of speech and freedom of the press. It will also give our agents the opportunity to affirm that all organizations and individuals which oppose us are empty, vain, babblers since they are incapable of finding any substantial objections to our position.

"Methods of organization like these, invisible to the public eye, are perfectly effective and they are the best calculated to bringing public opinion and confidence to favor our government. Because of such methods we shall be in a position, when necessary, to excite the public mind or to tranquilize it concerning political questions. We can either persuade or confuse. We can accomplish this by publishing first truth then lies, facts or their contradictions, depending on how they will be received, to produce the public confusion that will finally result in the masses out of desperation, depending on us to tell them what to think. When doing this, we must always carefully feel our ground before stepping upon it. This will give us sure victory over our opponents because they do not have the various factions of the news media at their disposal by which they might give full expression to their views. We shall not even need to refute their opinions except on a very superficial level.

"...From all this, you will see that, by bringing the masses to agree with us, we are only helping the working of our machinery. It will also appear to you that it is not our actions but our words for which we seek approval. This is true because words are the true force by which we create and manipulate public opinion, and those words are constantly designed to convince the masses that all our purposes are founded in a hope on a conviction that we are serving the common good of the people.

"...In order that the masses themselves may not understand what is the truth about their lives, we further distract them with amusements, games, pastimes, and professional sports. ...Through the news media we shall propose competitions in art, in sports of all kinds-these interests will ultimately distract their minds from any issues in which we might have to oppose them. Because people will grow more and more mentally lazy and unused to forming their own opinions, they will begin to talk the same way as do we. They will do this because we alone shall be offering them new directions for thought...of course, we will do this using persons they will never suspect of being in league with us.

"The part now being played by the liberals, utopian dreamers, will finally be finished when our government is established. Till such time they will continue to be of use to us. Therefore we shall continue to direct their minds into all sorts of worthless concepts and ridiculous theories that appear to be new and progressive. We shall continue in this manner because we have had complete success in causing the brainless leaders of the nations to be dazzled with progress-thinking it is progress that is the sum of achievement. While they are so enraptured with it, there is absolutely no one among them that sees that beneath the cloak of progress there has been a departure from truth. They do not understand that truth is unchangeable and does not allow for progress in a manner that violates it. In this way, progress, like a false ideal, serves to obscure truth so that none may know it except us.

"...Who will ever suspect then that all these peoples were so perfectly stage managed by us according to our political plans? No one has so much as guessed at all of this in the course of many centuries.

"...Our philosophers will discuss all of the shortcomings of the various beliefs and religions of the nations, but no one will ever be able to discuss our faith from an accurate point of view. This is because it will be fully understood by no one but us-and we will never dare to betray its secrets.

"We shall at last definitely come into our kingdom by the aid of multiple coups d'etat arranged to occur everywhere on the same day. This will take place after we have demonstrated the worthlessness of all existing forms of government and the peoples have acknowledged that truth. We shall take great measures to assure that no such thing as a plot or a conspiracy will ever exist. For this purpose we shall kill, without mercy, all who dare to take up arms to oppose our coming into our kingdom. Any and every kind of new organization or institution that is anything like a secret society will also be punished with death. ...Decisions by our government will be final and without appeal.

"...Death is the inevitable end for everyone. It is better to bring it to those who hinder our affairs than to ourselves, who are the founders of this affair. We execute men in such a way that no one but we of the brotherhood will ever suspect it. Not even the victims themselves know of our death sentence and what is happening. They all just die when required and it appears as if from a normal kind of illness. Knowing this, even the brotherhood themselves dare not protest.

"...Under our influence the execution of the laws of the nations has been reduced to a minimum. The prestige and honor of the law has been destroyed by the liberal interpretations made in the courts. In the most important and fundamental legal affairs, judges make decisions the way we dictate to them. They see matters in only the light we shine upon them in order to run the national governments our way. While doing this, we do not appear to have any connection or anything in common with them. We alter their thinking by newspaper and media opinion or by many other means. . . . Even senators and those of higher administration accept our counsels. The purely animalistic mind of the nations is incapable of analysis and observation-and even less are they capable of the foresight necessary to see the end result of altering the presentations of certain questions.

"The true seal of ourselves as the chosen people and of our higher quality of humanity is clearly seen in the difference between our capability of thinking as opposed to the almost animal level on which the peoples of the nations think. Their eyes are open, but they see nothing though it is standing right in front of them. They invent nothing, unless perhaps material things. From this it is plain that nature herself has destined us to guide and rule the world.

"...Our absolute dictates will all be in logical, consecutive order. Therefore, in each one of our decrees our supreme will must and will be respected and unquestionably fulfilled. We will ignore all complainings and discontents of every kind and will destroy, to the very root, every act resulting from them. We shall do this with punishment of the most extreme nature.

"In order to destroy all organized forces except our own, we shall emasculate the primary example of such organizations - the universities. This will be accomplished by reeducating them in a new direction. Their officials and professors will be prepared to do this by detailed secret programs of action. They will not be allowed to depart from these programs-not by one iota-without suffering the consequences. They will be appointed with special care and caution, and will be in a such position so as to be completely dependent upon our government.

"...For a long time we have taken great care to discredit the priesthood and religious leaders of the nations and, thereby, to ruin their mission on earth which, in these days, might still be a great hindrance to us. Day by day the influence of the clergy upon the peoples of the world is falling lower. Freedom of conscience has been declared everywhere so that now only a short time separates us from the moment of the complete wrecking of that Christian religion. As far as other religions are concerned, we shall have still less difficulty in dealing with them, but it would be premature to speak of this now. In the eyes of the peoples we shall place all ministers and clerics in such narrow frameworks that their influence will decrease as fast as it formerly increased.

"When the time comes, finally, to destroy the court of the Pope, the finger of an invisible hand will point the nations towards this court. However, when the nations begin to fling themselves upon it and attack, we shall come to its rescue in the guise of its defenders-this, of course, under the pretense of averting excessive bloodshed. By this diversion, we shall penetrate to its very bowels and we shall certainly never come out again until we have gnawed through and destroyed the entire strength of the place. Our king...will be the real pope of the universe, the patriarch of an international church.

"However, in the meantime, while we are reeducating the youth in new traditional religions-and afterward in our own-we shall not openly lay a finger on existing churches. We shall fight against them by criticism calculated to produce splits among them.

"Generally speaking, then, our modern news media will continue to bring reproach and disrepute to national affairs, religions, ineptitude of governments, always using the most unprincipled terms of expression in order, by any means, to lower their prestige. This can only be done by the genius of our gifted tribe.

"...Increasing the rate of income taxes in direct proportion to how much a person earns will give us a broader revenue base. These present taxes serve our purposes for almost no other reason than to excite trouble and discontent among the nations.

"...We have created economic crises in the nations by no other means than the withdrawal of money from circulation. Huge amounts of money have lain stagnant, thereby depriving the nations of its use. They were then caused to have to continually apply for loans to those in control of that money. With the payment of interest, these loans then place a burden on the national finances making them the bond slaves of these various money accounts. The concentration of industry in the hands of powerful capitalists and out of the hands of small business owners, has drained away all entrepreneurial spirit from the peoples and also from the nations.

...It is a proof of the genius of the minds of the chosen ones that we have contrived to present the matter of loans to them in such a light that they have actually believed they are an advantage to them.

"When the proper time comes, we shall present to the nations the superiority of our ways, gained in the light of centuries of experience and experiments made by us on the nations." (End of little book).

CHAPTER FOUR

THE FULFILLMENT

Can you not notice the fulfillment of Daniel 11? Here is a power who sees itself above every other power or God. They boast and rule the earth by the power of money which is in their hands. Through the power of the media and of money they have demoralized the entire earth as they have stated they would. Soon they plan to end the system of things which has been before. Faith in God has been abolished by their decrees. These things are the prime movers in all our society today.

This is not a secret, however, for one of the media's own highly respected sons has confessed this very thing. John Swinton, a former Chief of Staff at the NEW YORK TIMES, was asked to give a toast before the prestigious New York Press Club in 1953. Swinton was called "the dean of his profession" by other newsmen who admired him greatly. He made this candid confession.

"There is no such thing, at this date of the world's history, as an independent press. You know it and I know it. There is not one of you who dares to write your honest opinions, and if you did, you know beforehand that it would never appear in print. I am paid weekly for keeping my honest opinions out of the paper I am connected with. Others of you are paid similar salaries for similar things, and any of you who would be so foolish as to write honest opinions would be out on the streets looking for another job. If I allowed my honest opinions to appear in one issue of my paper, before twenty-four hours my occupation would be gone. The business of the journalist is to destroy the truth, to lie outright, to pervert, to vilify, to fawn at the feet of mammon, and to sell the country for his daily bread. You know it and I know it and what folly is this toasting an independent press. We are the tools and vassals of the rich men behind the scenes. We are the jumping jacks, they pull the strings and we dance. Our talents, our possibilities and our lives are all the property of other men. We are intellectual prostitutes."

Stupid politicians, ministers and news professionals have forsaken their good conscience and sold the multitudes who follow them into the slavery of money which is ruled by these new masters. This is the primary cause of the confusion in the world today. The prophets who have been raised up by God have been driven away and even killed leaving the people to hear the soothing, flattering sophistries of their guides. The antichrist has arisen and the mark of the beast has been received. Alas, the time prophesied so many years ago has come and few men know it.

THE MARK OF THE BEAST

What is this mark of the beast? It is written, "And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon. ...And he doeth great wonders, so that he maketh fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men [atom bomb], and deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles (wonders) which he had power to do in the sight of the beast ... and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed. And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: and that no man might buy or sell, save he that had
