Yet another Azlum file for the enlightened masses

Hello. Firstly, I am replacing Moebius as the spreader of Azlum's message.
Moebius has had to go on a pilgramige in a sense. We will miss him.
If you're a regular reader of the Azlumic essays then you might be
frustrated at not being able to manipulate REALITY. Don't worry, I am here to
help.
I want to tell you about Chakras. These are 'psychic nexus' spread across your
body. Whether you believe in that sort of thing or not doesn't matter right
now, so long as you have faith in Azlum. Transform your faith for Azlum into
faith for what you are about to do: magick.
I recommend some amount of physical exertion before hand to help wear out the
body and calm/focus the mind. Do not eat anything right before this and stay
away from heavy foods such as red meat for the entire day prior to meditation.
Kneal into a meditation stance-whatever you feel comfortable in is fine.
*The lights should be out* Now close your eyes and feel the tension build in
your body. As the pressure inside of you builds up, focus it into the chakras:
(7 chakras of the body):
Base of the spine
Genitals
Solar plexus
Heart
Thyroid--base of throat
Between the eyebrows
Atop the head
(I find the genitals, heart, and cranial chakras most powerful)
Now focus all of your tension in one or more of these chakras and visualize
swirling balls of color which grow darker and larger as the tension builds. Now,
move the pressure away from secondary chakras and as the pressure shifts, watch
the balls shrink and the colors grow lighter until they disappear. Now move
all the pressure to your cranial chakra-nowhere will there be any color or
shape except on the back of your head. Feel the pressure gather and become
unbearable until the sphere atop your head fills the world with mystical light
and your eyes hurt even though they are still closed.
Spread your arms in a mock crucifixion and bend straight from the waist towards
the ground. Allow only your forehead to touch gently upon the ground. Say
something like "all oppressive thoughts be released into the ground" or something.
Now, visualize that sphere bursting through in a beam of pure energy and bonding
with the earth. You are left with nothing--no thoughts or emotions. Now let
out a breath and lift your body simultaeniously. Stand and, enunciating with
breath, push down EVERYTHING one last time to guarantee success.
You can do less intense versions of this ritual to help redirect the body's
natural spiritual energy during the day. I use this often to clear my mind
and keep my self awake during school.
You have now used REALITY to create a biofeedback reaction. You can use
this ritual to aid in visualization and in clairvoyance. Results will be
gradual and slight but will gather and culminate over time-your faith will
be affirmed as mine has been.
