We all know that the government listn n on just about everything we
do. So why shouldn't you listen in on the government?
The foloin is a list of CIA and foreign classified radio frequencies
including call sign, and times of bst cces. A short wave receiver is
almost always necessary especially with the CIA.
CIA (CENTRAL NTELIGENE AGENCY)
Due to the sensitive nature of this super-secret branch of the US govern-
ent, nformtion regarding radio communication facilities is very scarce.
The listing below is a cominatio of IT data and off-the-air monitoring.

SPY AND NUBERS STATIONS
Nothing you can hear on short wave quite equals he cloak and dager
intrigue of te so-called "Spy and Numbers" stations. As incredible as it may
sund, the ordinarylistener with modst equipment can hear signals intended
to convey vital informatin to spies, guerila fighters, and evry consider-
able type of underground clandestine political oranziation.
Themajority of radio sations broadcasting such signals do so using
regular AM. Th trick is the spacia numeral code groups-- apparently
changed with every transmission. Sophisticaed techniques are becming more
common inclding compressed CW send at speeds of 200 words per minut for tape
recording (i's reliably reported tat Radio Berlin International transmits
compressed CW t various times during egular programming). Oviously no ID
is given by the broadcaster and the "sy" is usually the only oe who knows
what to listn to in terms of positive ID.
