Jam the Jails

by Anonymous

What is "Jams the Jails?"

After 23 years of Congressional abuse, instead of laws and judgements becoming fairer, non-custodial parents find themselves under increasingly harsher attacks. Frustration continues to grow as they chase the mythical $50 Billion "pot of gold at the end of the rainbow" that Donna Shalala espouses.

What should you do?

Follow the 10K Rule and force the government to burn huge amounts of money trying to find you.

If caught, when you go to court - do not pay any money - including court and filing fees, attorney's fees, fines and penalties and child support arrearages. The system is counting on you to pay up - even forcing you to borrow money. DON'T DO IT!

You will now be jailed. If you were employed, you will no longer have your job. If you don't have a criminal record, you now have one. The chance of getting a new job that pays as well as your former job with your new criminal record is unlikely - so now it's time for revenge.

When in jail, start working on your many law suits. Feel free to file frivolous suits, but concentrate on filing extremely complex issues for your case. These may include:

Violation of your Civil Rights

Improper Arrest/Police Brutality

False Imprisonment

Suing the city (if city police arrested you)

Suing the county (DA's office)

Suing the state

Suing the Federal government and its agencies (HHS)

Constitutional Issues:

The right to a jury trial (Article VI)

The right to a speedy trial (Article VI)

Taxation without representation

Unreasonable search and seizure (Article IV)

Nor be deprived of life, liberty or property with due process of law (Article V)

Nor shall property be taken for public use without just compensation (Article V)

Cruel and unusual punishment (Article VIII)

Involuntary servitude (Article XIII)

Right to vote (Articles XV and XXIV)

The government must pay your filing fees if you cannot afford them (and since you have no assets and no longer have a job, how could you afford them?).

Try to call at least 100 witnesses at your trial. 150-200 is better. Question each one for as long as possible (hopefully 2-3 hours each).

Try to force "field trips" - if a house or location is mentioned - make arguments that require looking at the site.

Anytime you can delay or object - do so. You've got all the time in the world and no money. They have all the money in the world and no time.

Assist your fellow jailmates in educating them on how to file their own law suits. Whenever possible, leverage your efforts.

If you don't have a valid driver's license (due to their own laws), force the court to pick you up.

At some point, but not in the beginning, they won't want you in jail anymore because frankly, you're a pain in the ass. When they try to release you, JUST SAY NO.

Most likely they will attempt to put you under house arrest and have you wear a transmitter around your ankle. Naturally, this could be slipped off and put in interesting places such as high-voltage lines, sewage treatment plants or booby-trapped fields.

If you cannot remain in jail, then file for unemployment and/or welfare in order to help drain the system. Have them pay you and make them find you a new job - after all, they forced you out of your job.

A Word on Jails

Jails and prisons are extremely expensive. They say it's cheaper to send a person to Harvard for a year than to jail for a year. Jails and prisons are over-crowded. If they take you in, they will have to release someone else - murders, rapists, drug dealers. At the crime rate goes up, look for these politicians to be removed from office - either because they would rather jail NCP’s or because taxes will have to be raised sky-high in order to build more jails.

Case-in-point: Los Angeles County is under court order to release non-violent inmates due to over-crowding. KABC-TV reports the County jail has 20,000 inmates - 8,000 of which need to be released.

The Los Angeles Times reports LA County is seeking support for over 700,000 NCP’s. If we say 90% of these cases are bogus, that leaves 70,000 NCP’s who can overwhelm the correctional system and spiral the County into instant bankruptcy. And if half are true, you'll have 350,000 additional prisoners milling around a 12,000 capacity facility.
