This is the story of "The Terminator: Rewritten V \
Judgment Day." You can read along with me in your book.
You will know it is time to turn the page when you hear
ARNOLD shout, "I'LL BE BACK!" Let's begin... now!
Remember to turn the page every time you hear the sound.
I'LL BE BRAINS!

The Terminator, having taken Billy's and Kate's son,
Jason, hostage from the Chump Towers' Day Care Center,
holed itself and its captive up down in the Research and
Development wing. With them in the basement, was Rand,
since it was his laboratory that the Terminator had
seized! But, Rand managed to get a distress call across
the building's computer network. With a small farce of
security guards, Billy and Kate went down to face the
Terminator, as per it's plan. After a short battle, Billy
overpowered the robot, causing a small explosion to take
it down. However, the cyborg managed to lock Jason up in
the laboratory safe. As Billy and Kate celebrated their
triumph and started to try and free their son, their
victory was a hollow one as the mechanical portion of the
Terminator, now free of the damaged tissue that concealed
it, arose from the fires to begin the battle anew! I'LL
BE BACK!

Kate held tightly to her husband as she seemed to
stare through the robot that had appeared before them from
out of the flames. Much like its predecessor, the one
that had been caught up in the explosion, the robot was of
a muscular build. It was slightly metallic green, potch
marked here and there as a result of the battle. It was
of a most unusual design. The hands were just barely
attached by thin wires. As it moved, the hands fell off,
leaving only a circular pad where they had been secured!
They must have been used primarily for the human disguise
so as to more easily blend in with human beings. From
each pad, three articulated fingers unfolded to replace
the lost humanoid hands. The head had no eyes, just a
vision in the center for visual input. Part of a glass
dome was set in atop it. The dome, the head, both sets of
hands, it was as if the robot had been slapped together
with spare parts, spare parts that she had seen somewhere
before. She was really terrified, now! It was supposed
to have been over; Billy had said so! But it was far from
over. Indeed, the final battle was just beginning. "No!
NOOOOOOOOOOOO!" Billy was genuinely worried as well,
cradling his wife's head. "The explosion wasn't a nuclear
one, Kate! Don't you see? It has to be radiation that
harms the villain(s) but not the stars of these series!
The fire was a chemical one, and only detained it
momentarily as its artificial covering burned away! We
need to access a source of radioactive material!" Billy
scooped Kate up in his arms, much like he had done during
their first encounter with the Terminator, and dashed out
of the laboratory. "But first, I've got to get you to
safety!" The Terminator gave pursuit. The pair dashed
past the security guards, who surrounded the door, placing
themselves between them and the advancing robot. Upon
seeing the wave of guards, the robot simply stopped, as if
taking in its environment. It then slowly went over to
the door of the laboratory safe and stood a motionless
vigil over it. I'LL BE BACK!

Billy had raced Kate up a few flights of stairs,
hoping to put some distance between the robot and
themselves. Looking back over his shoulder, Billy didn't
see the Terminator robot following, so he felt it safe to
momentarily stop and collect their bearings, decide on a
next course of action. "Kate, I've been out of it for so
long! Do you have any idea what sort of experiments might
be going on down here that might involve radioactivity,
something we might turn against the Terminator?" She
breathed a sigh of relief. "I sure do! Ever since I got
that tape with your last words to me on it, I've had the
bigwigs down here report to me on every single piece of
scientific work done, hoping that something new might help
in the cause. Professor Stockman, a recent hiree, was
assigned to complete one of Wily's pre-insanity pet

projects! It was the RAIL device: Radioactive Advanced
Isotopic Launching, meant to replace the huge space that a
cooling reactor takes up with a device that can be held by
one man... two if necessary." Billy smiled, not only at
the prospect of some hope to use against the Terminator,
but at something more sinister buried deep within his
brain. I'LL BE BACK!

Kate led Billy to Baxter's lab. The door was shut,
but unlocked. Billy slid the door aside and Kate turned
on the light. The lab was a shame! Chemicals were
spilled all about. Various mechanical devices were
balanced on their ends in a huge pile in the corner. Test
tube racks and beakers lay broken on the floor. A metal
oil drum was in the center of the room. Kate peered into
the drum, which was lined with blackened carbon ashes,
marked with scorched potches along the sides. "Hmmm. I
wonder what happened here?" "I guess this RAIL device is
in there," Billy said pointing to the stack of machines
balanced on their ends. On the hands and knees, they
engaged in an odd form of foreplay before remembering why
they were in Stockman's lab in the first place and began
digging through the devices. ( I'll pretend I didn't hear
that alliteration! ). Eventually, Kate uplled and then
PULLED something out. "I think I've found it." She read
aloud something written on a plaque on the machine. "This
is the story of the RAIL Device: Rewritten?" Dr. Wily's
name had been scratched out and something new written in
its place. "Trademark Baxter Stockman inventions. What
kind of idiot puts his name on a potential death machine?"
"An idiot with an ego problem?" Billy asked with the voice
of Rob Paulsen. Taking the RAIL device in hand, Billy and
Kate dashed out of Stockman's laboratory, heading back for
Rand's where the Terminator had holed up. I'LL BE BACK!

Back in Rand's lab, the Terminator continued its
motionless vigil over the vault where it had put Jason in
our last installment. Billy and Kate slowly made their
way between the guards outside. One approached the pair.
"We've run a quick check on that safe inside the lab. It
has about a seven hour supply of oxygen inside at the
point of hermetic sealing." Kate acknowledged him, and
both she and Billy carefully peered around the corner.
There was the now completely robotic killing machine. "I
don't understand it," Kate whispered. "I thought you said
he was going to kill Jason. Why would he then lock him up
in a vault?" Unfortunately, what Kate had forgotten to
take into account was that the Terminator was, indeed, a
robot, which had the advanced acute hearing of a machine.
Upon recognizing the voice, it turned towards the source,
saw the pair, and immediately made a dash towards them!
I'LL BE BACK!

Acting much too quickly for Billy's tiny, little
mind, he spun through the air, ala a Japanese live action
kids' show, and applied a modified low ironhorse kick into
the advancing Terminator's chest. He finished his flip in
a perfect stance, only to go toppling down when the
Terminator spun its legs around, kicking Billy's feet out
from under him! While Billy fell, the Terminator rose and
grabbed him by the throat! He tossed Billy
unceremoniously into a side wall. The robot made a bull
dash towards our stunned hero, but the body wasn't there
when the Terminator arrived! Billy had rolled aside at
the last possible minute. The Terminator buried its head
in the wall. Billy swung underneath the thing and took
hold of one of its arms. It yanked the Terminator out of
the plaster and hurled him into an opposing wall. The
Terminator countered by holding onto Billy's arm and
pulling back, stopping his forward momentum, and dragging
Billy with him! It then planted a heavy boot into Billy's
balls! But, and this was the odd part, it didn't phase
Billy. You can development as many theories as you want
to at this point about Billy's anatomy, and you'd probably
be right. Miraculously, Billy tore the Terminator's arm
right out of its socket! The robot staggered back in a
shower of sparks emanating from its shoulder. I'LL BE
BACK!

The Terminator, its systems momentarily stunned by
the unexpected loss of its limb, paused, determining its
next move, before clutching Billy's stinking chest with
its one good hand. And with that, the Terminator threw
Billy through the back wall of the lab! It then proceeded
to toss him through the divider between the wall of Rand's
lab and the much larger lab of Dr. Wright. Billy managed
to swing the Terminator's arm, which he was still holding
tight to as his only weapon, into the side of the
machine's head. Billy fell back, taking the full weight
of the Terminator with him. The robot shot through the
wall and into the other lab. Kate et al raced over to the
hole in the wall made by the combatants, eager to see the
outcome of the fight. Already, the cops were placing
their meager wages on the Terminator. Billy stepped into
Dr. Wright's lab, prepared for the worst, which was what
he got in the form of the Terminator's iron fist! I'LL BE
BACK!

Dr. Wright met the small squad posted in front of the
Chump Tower's Day Care, in case the Terminator happened to
double back on them once again. He looked inside the room
but aside from a group of SWAT officers cutting Rick
Mornais apart with spears and filming a ghastly scene for
"The Emerald Jungle II: Son of Still Eaten Alive By
Cannibals Again III," there was no one! "Where's Kate?!"

"She and Mr. Peltzer have gone after their son," the
commander answered him. "A mysterious gunman who entered
the building earlier today kidnaped him." "Dressed in
black?" "Who? The madman or the Peltzer kid?" Dr.
Wright massaged his temples like he always does when
dealing with the unabashed, unwashed masses. "The...
madman..." "Yes, he was dressed in a black leather
jacket, black-" "I know!" the scientist interrupted him.
"I've to get back down to them, warn her... before it
kills her!" With that, Dr. Wright started the painful
journey back downstairs. I'LL BE BACK!

Back in the lab, Billy was slightly stunned by the
Terminator's attack. Such a blow would have killed a
normal man! The Terminator pressed home its advantage,
raising its lone arm, fist clenched. Billy ducked under
the forearm, and swung the Terminator's other limb into
its robotic ribcage. The Terminator fell to the floor.
Billy raised the arm, prepared to deliver a powerful blow.
He brought the limb down, but the Terminator managed to
grab hold of it in mid swing! He yanked back, tossing
Billy across the floor. The robot stood and took Billy in
its arm, attempting to apply one of those lung crushing
bear hugs that this series is famous for. But without the
other arm, Billy managed to wiggle out, worm his way
behind the Terminator and executed a beautiful belly to
back suplex! In an equally amazing feat, Billy managed to
lift the startled, enormous Terminator up off of the floor
and over his head! KATE WAS STUNNED! She never realized
that her husband possessed such superhuman strength! Such
power, and yet he was so gentle when holding her... loving
her... <CENSORED>ing her... Billy then heaved the massive
droid into a series of heating, cooling, water, and gas
pipes set up in a corner of the room. And despite his
valiant effort, it wasn't over yet! I'LL BE BACK!

The robot worked its way past the pipes, snapping a
majority of them in its wake, and snatched one from its
mooring, brandishing it as a weapon! Billy raised his
Terminator arm in defense, only to discover that he was no
longer in possession of the metallic limb! He must have
lost it when the robot tossed him across the floor. The
Terminator came in swinging, using the length of pipe like
a club, a baseball bat, if you will! It delivered a
Louisville Slugger home run right into Billy's ribs! He
doubled over, clutching his attacked ribs with one hand.
The robot swung the pipe back behind and over its head,
preparing to attack again. But this time, it was Billy
who caught a swung blow. Taking hold of the pipe, Billy
swung a punch of his own into the robot's surprisingly
stinking metal chest. Still amazingly enough, Billy was
not fazed by punching solid metal unprotected! He must

have taken some lessons from the animated version of
He-man while percolating in the Afterlife. Billy yanked
the pipe out of the Terminator's grip, but was forced down
to the floor again when the robot head-butted him! The
robot raised its singular arm again, indicating that it
was prepared to deliver the final blow! I'LL BE BACK!

It shook its fist and fell forward onto Billy. Billy
raised the pipe and shoved it into the falling robot's
face, right through the visor! The comforting tinkling of
shattering glass filled the room as the robot stopped in
mid fall, plunged into a world of confusion after having
lost its main source of sensory input. Billy put his palm
behind the pipe's end facing his chest and pressed forward
with his weight, driving the pipe further into the robot's
head! Dancing wires were exposed. Whiffs of ozone filled
the air. Loose circuit board shards were falling to the
floor. Oil began burning inside of its head. Billy threw
his entire body forward and into the air. The Terminator
was carried up into the air sightly with Billy's
centripital force. It simply hovered in the air
momentarily as gravity took over, turned the pair around
so that Billy was on top, and forced them back down to the
floor... HARD! Billy threw his chest onto his palms,
shoving the pipe through the back of the Terminator's head
and into the floor! I'LL BE BACK!

Momentarily catching his breath, Billy stood up from
the twitching Terminator. He took the pipe in one hand
and yanked it from the computerized cranium. ( SIGH! )
The robot's head was momentarily yanked up with it before
the pipe was pulled from its entry wound, making it an
exit wound, gravity forcing the head back down to the
floor. Upon impact, electric sparks began flying from the
broken visor. Raising the pipe up above his head like a
sword turned down, Billy thrust with all his might and
jabbed the pipe into the Terminator's chest. Thinking he
was auditioning for an Umberto Lenzi film, he slowly,
deliberately opened the robot's chest cavity. Finally
forcing its chest apart, Billy buried the pipe in the
exposed mechanisms he found there. Looking up from his
work, almost breathless, he yelled, "Kate! The RAIL gun!"
She mindlessly tossed him the device, obeying her
husband's every word like any good wife should. "Here!
But are you sure you know how to use-" Billy caught the
tossed device, steadied it in his forearm, and fired a
capsule into the Terminator! I'LL BE BACK!

The radioactive pellet expanded inside of the
Terminator's internal mechanisms. The expanding energies
began fusing all the circuit cards inside. It began

shorting out. Even using its reserve energy wasn't enough
to bring the Terminator back on-line. Escaping water from
one of the pipes smashed earlier in the battle was pooling
at Billy's feet. When the Terminator's RAM finally
shorted out, it was the end of the battle, but not before
leaving Billy Peltzer one final gift, brought about by its
life's blood. Escaping electricity was magnified by the
puddle of water at Billy's feet! Immediately upon its
deactivation, thousands of volts ripped through Billy's
body. One of the watching soldiers decided to step
forward and help the man somehow. Kate motioned for him
to stop. "Don't." "But, he's acting funny!" "Yes. He
always acts like a woman after being electrocuted. The
shock will not kill him." Eventually, the last of the
Terminator's energy burned out and the electricity
stopped. Billy just stood there, slightly stunned, pocked
with scorch marks and his hair slightly singed but none
the worse for wear. I'LL BE BACK!

"See?" Kate asked. "He's fine!" Kate dashed towards
her triumphant hero, arms spread out, just waiting to do
the same with her legs, concierge style! As she got
halfway to her lover, a familiar voice behind her ushered
her to- "STOP!" She did, and turned to face the voice.
"DON'T GO NEAR HIM!" Dr. Wright was shouting, an arm
stretched out towards her. Without thinking, the good
doctor had tried to dash past the officers and stop Kate
physically. The officers immediately perceived this as a
threat and piled on him, stopping the intruder the only
way they know how: by force. Kate was stunned! "And why
not? He's saved me, himself, our unborn child, the
future, and Jason! Billy deserves to be screwed for that
don't think?" Dr. Wright tried to struggle free from the
officer's grasp, but to no avail. "Yes, but-" A guard
brought the butt of his gun into the back of the doctor's
skull. Dr. Wright fell to his knees. "... THAT'S...
NOT... BILLY!" "What do you mean? I screwed him earlier.
I even questioned him about things that only my husband
could know. Of course, it's Billy!" She turned to face
him. "Prove to hi-" Oh, this will be good! I'LL BE
BACK!

Billy was standing there in the same position that
he had been after being electrocuted. The strange thing
was that his skin was changing color from a light tan to a
metallic blue-gray! One of his hands kept changing shape!
It first assumed a fist, then a club, then a blade, and
then a key! His face was contouring, changing into that
of Kate's, Rand's, and even Barney's/Mushroom's!
Eventually, he reformed back into Billy. He... IT stared
at Kate. "I feel fine, Katherine." Katherine? No one
called her Katherine! And he felt fine!? "But you should

be feeling decided feminine by now!" Billy ( ? ) paused.
"Yes, of course, I do! What are you saying? That I'm not
your husband? Look at me, Kate. How can you doubt it?"
Dr. Wright slightly stammered out, "He's made of... liquid
metal... he's a.. doppelganger! He can assume any shape
he wants-" And that's when Kate knew! The real Billy
cannot do those various things with his body that had
just occurred! The REAL Billy would not have called
Quantum Man 'OUR child!' It was her's and Chuck's! He
also had forgotten about Adam West and Gordon Jump. And,
being able to punch solid metal and lift the Terminator!
It was slowly beginning to sink in slowly. "You're not my
husband," she almost whispered, filled with a sudden loss
and defeat. "Please, Kate! Don't do this to me! I'm
your husband... I... love... you..." And that was the
deciding factor! Kate was now firmly ensconced in her
beliefs. HER Billy would rather fuck her than say, "I
love you!" "And our session in the closet from 'The
Terminator: Rewritten II \ The Raising of Lazarus' is the
real clincher! My husband isn't THAT big... and you got
bigger inside me as the session went on! You...
MORPHED... INSIDE OF ME! That's why it was the best sex
that I had ever had! I SHOULD HAVE REALIZED IT THEN AND
THERE! My REAL husband could not have pleased me as much
as YOU did!" She suddenly felt so violated. "And it
wasn't my imagination that your hands seemed to glow and
change color at that locked closet door, either! You were
melting into the lock to undo it!" I'LL BE BACK!

"So, how do you answer these charges now... BILLY?!
You never were... WERE YOU?! YOU... NEVER... WERE..."
Her voice trailed off. Kate remained deathly silent after
that, fighting back the tears, grief taking over her
trembling form. Billy scowled. "Pretty good deductive
skills... FOR A BITCH!" Billy reached out with his arm
that suddenly became liquefied metal and shot out at her.
She managed to roll aside as the metal solidified into a
hammer and buried itself in the floor! "I almost had you!
All I had to do was get this robot thing out of the way,
and everything would have been all right! I WOULD'VE
GOTTEN AWAY WITH IT IF IT HADN'T BEEN FOR THAT MEDDLING
SCIENTIST! I had you fooled so easily! I HAD THE ENTIRE
AUDIENCE FOOLED!" Tentacles of oozing metal shot out from
the buried arm and ensnared Kate's leg! "But, the time
for deceptions has passed, and now it's time for...
DECAPITATIONS!" The tentacles began retracting, pulling
Kate into the mass of metal! I'LL BE BACK!

Immediately, the guards began firing on the fluid
monster. The bullets either passed harmlessly through the
creature's liquid substance or it opened various holes in
its form to allow the bullets to pass through! "Aim for

the head..." a weary Dr. Wright managed to yell out. They
paused as they trained their bullets on its head. Hot
lead poured into the thing, running through it, and
passing back out. It stood there, momentarily quivering
as its systems tried to compensate for the invading
foreign material in its processors. A guard ran up to
Kate and brought the butt of its rifle down on her trapped
leg, just for fun, and then into the attacker's arm! The
butt passed through but it did manage to severe the arm
from the rest of the thing. The solid arm melted away
into its liquid components, pooling about on the floor.
Since Kate could no longer walk now on her bad leg, thanks
to the cop, the offensive guard in question scooped her up
and carried her to the safety of the other officers. The
creature was still trying to reset its systems when Dr.
Wright scrambled back to his feet. The voice of an
approaching officer interrupted the anxious proceedings
with Kate trying to elude the liquid metal assassin. "Um,
excuse me, but you're Dr. Wright, are you not?" Dr.
Wright waved him off. "Yes, I am, but I have no time for
autographs now! I've got to get in there and help Mrs.
Peltzer!" "Well, sir, it's just that we found this box up
in the Chump Day Care Center. It's addressed to a Mister
Timothy McVeigh, and it's ticking." I'LL BE BACK!

"WHAT?!" Dr. Wright ripped off the top of the
package. "Are you sure you're trained to disarm
explosives, Doctor? Because we sure don't have men that
are! Well, we do, but they don't..." Dr. Wright ignored
the officer's words and dug through the box, past the
styrofoam peanuts to try and get at the guts of the bomb.
"All I have to do is disconnect the red wires." He came
across another box inside the current one, and opened it.
Inside was the bomb itself! Carefully prying off the
metal lid with a screwdriver, Dr. Wright exposed the
internal mechanisms. He reached into his lab coat for a
small pair of wire cutters. He started to reach in with
the cutters, singling out the red wires, when he noticed
something startling, stunning if you will. He looked into
the bomb with horror; all the wires were red! "DAMMIT!
And, judging from these wires alone.. there's only three
minutes left, although I can't tell you how I know just by
looking at the wires. It's something you always see in
cartoons and tv shows." Just then, a revelation hit the
good doctor on how to kill two birds with the same
stone... or large tactical nuclear missile if you prefer!
I'LL BE BACK!

The liquid metal being was just about finished
reforming its molecules back into the fake Billy. The arm
that had held Kate earlier had been turned into droplets
by now, but those very droplets were moving under their

own motive power back to join the mass of their master!
Dr. Wright quickly ran up to the fake, and thrust the bomb
deep into the thing's liquid chest. He then dashed across
to the other side of the room, safe from what would happen
next. Finally, the monster was complete was again.
However, it took a moment and examined its chest. It had
detected the foreign object inside of its body! It
plunged a hand into its chest and took hold of the bomb.
But, before it could deal the offensive intrusion, Dr.
Wright, thinking quickly ran over to the fire hose
( Remember, this is his lab. ), took out a good length of
it, aimed it at the copy of Billy, and turned the handle.
Enormous pressure rushed through as a torrential deluge
shot out and struck the monster. It's now semi-solid form
easily diluted with the water, and it, the water, bomb,
and all, flew across to the other side of the lab. The
glob of goo splashed against the wall, spread out by the
pounding rush of water. The liquid metal Billy oozed to
the floor. Its face was the first to reform, an evil
scowl aimed at Dr. Wright. This scowl turned into a
phantasmagoric expression of torture, much like the faces
in a Manet painting, as the bomb went off inside of a
portion of the reconstituted liquid metal mass! I'LL BE
BACK!

Rushing across the wet floor, Dr. Wright scooped up
the fallen RAIL device. It had become partly shorted out.
Various panels were loose and wires were exposed. It was
dripping wet from the hose. He quickly gave the device a
going over. "Well, it'll have to do!" Steadying the
device into his shoulder, he brought it up and ran back to
the puddle that had once been the Billy Peltzer fake. It
was already starting to reconstitute! A solid spherical
mass was rising from the water, its head! It looked over
at the fallen Kate, eying her with mechanical hatred. Dr.
Wright slid slightly to a stop, aimed the device into the
metal ooze, and fired. After a brief demoralizing hum and
puff of smoke, the RAIL gun erupted to ferocious,
radioactive life! The pellet shot across the air and
truly sunk into the thing. Beams of light escaped from
air bubbles that had begun to form in the coagulating
pool. Gamma rays deadly to the villain but harmless to
the bystanders poured forth. The increasing heat began
boiling the liquid off into steam! Eventually, the now
defeated liquid metal monster turned to steam as well.
The threat was now finally over, lost in the air with a
wisp of burnt metal. I'LL BE BACK!

Dr. Wright dropped the RAIL device, safe in the fact
that the fake was finally destroyed, and went over to
Kate. He took the still lethargic Kate by the shoulders
and helped her up into a sitting position. She wasn't

quite all there. Inside her minuscule mind, she was
fighting yet another battle, one to keep her shattered
sanity! A familiar voice broke into her psyche like a
baseball through a neighbor's window pane. "Ah, my dear
Mrs. Peltzer," the high pitched voice began. "I see, or
rather I no longer see, you. Hence, you must have
defeated my robot Terminator!" "That... voice!" Kate
managed to babble out. The ominous tones of Professor
Baxter Stockman was coming from all the walkie talkies of
every SWAT guard in the room! I'LL BE BACK!

A guard handed Kate his radio. She quickly snatched
it up in her hands. She stared lost into the speaker grid
as the voice continued. "But, it matters not. I had
hoped that my liquid metal creation might be able to
eliminate you and your kids. But, somehow I knew better.
If my predecessor could not defeat the aura of luck that
seems to bless the Peltzer family, I figured that my
robots may not either. However, I knew it would delay you
long enough for me to accomplish my given task." Kate's
grip on the radio was making it shake, her fingernails
were about to tear into the device. She was shuddering
with anger! "WHY?! WHAT'S ALL THIS ABOUT?! WHY DID YOU
DO THIS TO ME?!" Stockman laughed at her. "Well, why
don't you come after me, and maybe I'll tell you. But,
until then-" His voice was cut off by the sudden shaking
generated by Chump Towers! I'LL BE BACK!

The crowd gathered outside of Chump Towers to watch
the little progress that the police force was making were
treated to a most interesting sight. Camera crews pointed
their lenses up, just in time to see metal girders and
panes of glass falling from the top of the west end tower!
Everyone outside began running in panic from the shaking
building. A cloud of dust erupted from beneath the east
side tower. Smoke filled the streets surrounding the
tower. A blast of infernal heat instantaneously melted
everything and everyone unlucky enough to be left at the
tower's base when the thrusters fired. The tower was
momentarily still once again before shuddering one final
time and slowly rising into the sky! I'LL BE BACK!

Back inside, Kate rose back to her feet after the
shaking of the building had toppled her. She turned on
Dr. Wright. "WOULD YOU MIND TELLING ME WHAT THE HELL JUST
HAPPENED HERE!" Dr. Wright stared up into the ceiling.
"He must have fixed the propulsion engines." KATE WAS
STUNNED. "WHAT?" "It was supposed to be the last line of
defense against William," Dr. Wright was saying, almost
and almost mindlessly quoting while equally mindlessly
staring up into the delightful patterns set in the plaster

of the ceiling. "A titanic rocket to destroy Dr. Wily's
creations if it ever reached that point. If he ever
actually succeeded... When Chump Towers was built, Ronald
X. Chump had one of the towers designed to be an orbiting
station to destroy Dr. Wily from space if he ever actually
took over the world. The west side tower was constructed
as a launch gantry for the east side tower. The work was
not completed in his life time. The construction
continued on under Billy's unknowing auspices. When
William was finally laid to rest in Kingston Falls, the
work was stopped; the project was never completed. But,
it seems that Baxter has continued that madman's work!
HE'S COMPLETED THE TURBINES AND STOLEN HALF OF CHUMP
TOWERS!" I'LL BE BACK!

KATE WAS STUNNED! She grabbed hold of Dr. Wright and
shook him right into her face. "You mean... people have
been going into and out of- working inside of a...
POTENTIAL TACTICAL INTER-TERRESTRIAL BALLISTIC MISSILE!?"
He nodded. "BUT WHY WEREN'T WE TOLD- AW, FORGET IT!
THAT DOESN'T MATTER NOW! I JUST WANT TO KNOW ONE THING!
WITH THE LAST FEW REMNANTS OF MY SHATTERED MIND FALLING
AWAY LIKE CRUMBLED CRACKERS INTO THE CLAM CHOWDER OF
MADNESS, I ASK THIS: WHAT WAS THAT?!" she shouted,
pointing at the puddle that had once been her husband.
"Here! Put this on." Dr. Wright fished into his pocket
and pulled out an old baseball cap, much like the one that
the old, Chinese man's grandson, Grasshopper, had worn WAY
back in our first story, "Gremlins: Rewritten \ The Gift
of the Mogwai" a.k.a. "Never Stray into Chinatown."
"It'll tell you what has happened. It's a Flashback Cap!
It's one of Rand's latest silly inventions." That was
when he remembered. "RAND?!" DR. WRIGHT WAS STUNNED!
"He's still locked up in the safe with Jason!" Dr. Wright
slipped the Flashback Cap over Kate's low, sloping
forehead. Her Speed went down eight points, but her
intelligence rose a whopping eighteen thousand points. As
the Flashback Cap did its work, slipping Kate into a haze
of the past, her expression became completely blank as her
nipples hardened. Dr. Wright worked his way out of her
frozen grasp and went over to the safe as a little
panorama played itself out in the dilapidated theater of
her mind. I'LL BE BACK!

Professor Baxter Stockman entered Dr. Wright's lab.
He handed a floppy disk to the good doctor. Wright went
over to his computer terminal. Baxter took a length of
pipe from a workbench and struck Dr. Wright in the
kidneys. Dr. Wright fell headfirst into a table, knocking
himself out. Baxter stood over the unconscious scientist.
"While you will not know it, your scientific achievements
in robotics for the betterment of mankind will succeed...

but not in the way that you dreamed!" The dream cuts to
another point in the past, before the one we have just
witnessed. A book: "Our Sexuality... and what we can do
to put a stop to it! By Dr. William Douglas Wily!" Cut
back to Dr. Wright's lab. Working feverishly at Wright's
computer terminal, Baxter Stockman access Wright's files
on computer nanite technology in atomic liquid emollients.
HE HAD SUCCEEDED IN CREATING LIQUID METAL ROBOTS! Baxter
Stockman immediately went about accessing Dr. Wright's
samples from the safe set in the wall of the laboratory.
I'LL BE BACK!

The simulacrum was resting in a mold cut into a large
chunk of metal, resting on a workbench. Baxter held up a
small box, containing a mysterious item bought from an
old, Chinese man from an equally odd and old curio shop: a
strange black, metal hand, clutching a copy of an odd
electronic book. He set the bizarre machines onto the
chest of the liquid metal man. After a few moments, the
weight sank into the robot. It's nanites broke down the
intruders and incorporated its technology into the robot.
He could now achieve control! With some computer commands
sent to it, Professor Baxter Stockman had achieved his
goal. The liquid metal bubbled and shifted about, and
assumed the form of Billy Peltzer! "Voice activation on."
"Voice pattern recognized: Stockman, Baxter A. Ready to
receive data." The mechanical voice was coming from the
recently created Billy! "Voice reception command input
engage. Directives: 1.) Eliminate targets. Target
subjects to follow. 2.) Protect assumed identity. 3.)
Keep assumed identity so long as it does not conflict with
the first or second directives. 4.) Assume control of
Chump Towers and its resources. Directives end."
"Directives received. Directives acknowledged." "Voice
reception command input engage. Command: assume vocal
pattern to follow." Baxter pressed a button, and Billy's
voice filled the room. "End input." "Vocal pattern
achieved!" the robot said in Billy's voice! I'LL BE BACK!

"Voice reception command input engage. Visual
reception command input engage. Targets are as follows:"
As Baxter named off the victims, their images appeared on
Dr. Wright's computer terminal. "Kate Peltzer. Jason
Peltzer. Peltzer Fetus!" The last image burning forth
from the CRT was Kate's bloated stomach where the latest
addition to the Peltzer line was brewing. The fake Billy
sat up and stared intently at Kate's stomach. A small
grimace fell over its face. "Targets acknowledged: Kate
Peltzer, Jason Peltzer, Peltzer Fetus." "Oh, and while
you're at it-" Baxter added gleefully. "Eliminate Rand
Peltzer as well! I was really hungry when I bought that
self eating buritto of his! It was supposed to have been

MY lunch!" Baxter shut his robot creation down to fully
assimilate the data stream running into it from the
network terminal, every piece of recorded information that
the Chump repositories contained about Billy Peltzer. He
left the lab, aiming to get a piece of regular, old
non-self-consuming Mexican cuisine from McChump's. He
locked Dr. Wright in the lab with his creation, a rather
fortuitous course action from the writer's point of view.
I'LL BE BACK!

Dr. Wright hadn't been unconscious the whole time!
Upon reviving a while ago, he had been playing possum,
hoping to learn what was going on. Well, he had learned
enough! Baxter had to be stopped before he completed his
once trusted friend's hellish life's work! Dr. Wily's
legacy had to die with its progenitor! He tried to leave
the lab, but the door was locked, and the combination had
been changed! He tried to call the network sysop, but the
phone had been ripped from the wall! Dr. Wright went over
and tried to stop the flow of information from the
computer, but that didn't work. So, he severed some of
the tiny wires leading into robot. Various bits of
Billy's life would simply be lost. This would at least
slow the robot down, and hopefully it would lose some
critical enough information to make it look painfully
obvious to Kate that this wasn't her husband. It worked
far more than he realized. The intermittent streams of
lost data affected the liquid metal terminator's primary
directives as well, occasionally causing them to shift out
of phase until diagnostics could realign them. I'LL BE
BACK!

Dr. Wright didn't stop there! It was a tough
decision. His life's greatest work was on an opposite
table. It was just barely half way complete. If he
converted it into a great warrior to protect Kate, he
would have to forego the addition of his newest C4 AI
chip. Such an advancement in computer technology could
not be afforded to be put inside of a warrior; the risk of
destroying the only prototype was too much! There was no
choice. He removed the C4, put it in the vault for safe
keeping, and slipped an MMC5 in its place. Combined with
one of Dr. Wily's prototype robots, he could just manage
to build a complete working mechanoid. From the vault,
Dr. Wright trundled out one of his friend's early
creations, a horrific monstrosity that Wily had aptly
named the Rock Monster. It's metal had turned green with
oxidation over the years. There was some dried blood on
it's digits! Then, the story about his parents was- He
shuddered the thoughts back down. He had work to do! Not
one of Dr. Wright's creations would have blood on its
hands if he could help it! He removed the hands from the

robot he was working on and began to revive the Rock
Monster as a great warrior robot, one to protect Kate from
Stockman's liquid metal Terminator! I'LL BE BACK!

Finally, the behemoth robot was ready. But, such a
configuration would be too noticeable out and about in the
public, searching out and protecting Kate. In fact, it
might achieve the opposite effect and frighten people!
So, he covered it with a creation of Rand's, artificial
flesh compound made for a failure toy called Mad Scientist
Monster Lab, and it was- was- TOO GROSS! So, the toy was
removed from the market ( It hadn't sold anything worth
anything anyway! ), but Rand still kept supplies of the
stuff lying all over Chump Towers: the men's rooms, the
restaurants, Kate's office, even in his lab! Lucky thing,
huh!? Grin, grin! Wink, wink! From a smaller, less
powerful terminal, Dr. Wright began programming the
primary directives into the robot: protect the following
targets... But, while he was doing such, Baxter Stockman
came back into the lab, the tell tale smell of Holy
Frijoles on his breath! "WHAT! What are you doing
there?! VOICE RECOGNITION COMMAND INPUT ENGAGE!
ACTIVATE! SHTOP ZHEM!" he said and pointing at Dr. Wright
like Dr. Wily from "Mega Man: The Beginning." Dr. Wright,
seeing the desperate situation he was in as the robot
Billy arose, issued his own command. "RUN!" The
covered-with-flesh robot broke free from its computer
connections, dashed past the rising fake, and tossed
Baxter Stockman aside as he ran through the door. Billy
ran over to Dr. Wright, took him by the collar of his lab
coat, and raised his free hand. It became a Carnage
battle axe! As it was about to decapitate the doctor,
Stockman stepped in. "No! We must deal with the other
robot first! Detain him!" The axe turned into a hammer's
head, and he tapped Dr. Wright on the temple. The doctor
fell back into blackness. The robot Billy tied him up,
destroyed the network terminals left in the lab so that he
could not call for help, and it and the professor left the
lab, locking it back up once again. I'LL BE BACK!

After a few minutes of fruitless searching throughout
the research and development compound, Professor Stockman
changed the course of his actions. "Voice recognition
command input engage. Addendum directive: destroy the
flesh creation of Dr. Wright so long as it does not
interfere with the primary directives or with your
continued functioning." Baxter soon became lost in
thought. "This is only a primary setback. And if it
doesn't succeed, it'll detain that Peltzer bitch long
enough for me to complete finishing the engines!" He
turned back to his Terminator. "Voice recognition command
input engage. Addendum directive: if asked, what you will

answer about Dr. Wright's robot follows..." He then
proceeded to order it to say that Dr. Wright's creation
was a robot sent from the future by Dr. Wily to kill her.
This would ingratiate his Terminator with Kate, making the
elimination of the targets that much easier. And if Dr.
Wright's robot DID succeed in destroying his Terminator,
he would still have gained the aforementioned necessary
time advantage! Baxter ordered the robot off on its
mission while he set off for the east tower! I'LL BE
BACK!

Some interesting things were happening to the two
robots. First, the fake Billy's data had already been
damaged thanks to Dr. Wright's interference. Second, when
Stockman had ordered it back on-line to attack Dr. Wright,
the data flow was still in motion. Third, when he added
the later directives, this further damaged the programming
set into the liquid Terminator. While the general
directives were still there, its logic was slightly
damaged trying to deal with the intermittent data supplied
to it. Roughly the same thing had happened to Dr.
Wright's robot Terminator. It's data stream had also been
interrupted when Stockman's liquid robot attacked, and it
was using an older MMC5 processor in conjunction with the
older Rock Monster robot parts and the newer parts
bastardized from his recent experiment in advanced robot
intelligence. Dr. Wright's Terminator was suffering from
logic damage. The two robots were not working at peak
performance, but they were still managing to do their
jobs, only not as well as they should have, and this has
proven most beneficial for the object of both Terminator's
creation: Kate! I'LL BE BACK!

Kate put her hands to the Flashback Cap and yanked it
off! She had seen all that she needed to know, and it was
beginning to make her sick! The massive deception put
into motion by Baxter Stockman. The stranger dressed in
black leather had never intended to kill her! It was
aiming to destroy the fake Billy all along! Dr. Wright
caught her attention when he returned with Jason wrapped
around his shoulder and Rand following close behind. All
of these thoughts were pushed aside when she saw her son
safe. "JASON!" She held her arms out and rushed at Dr
Wright. Dr. Wright was slightly taken aback by the
approaching woman. Dr. Wright tossed Jason at her in self
defense! Kate caught him, and held her tightly to her
tits. Jason suddenly became hungry. "YOU'RE SAFE!"
"Yes," Rand intoned. "It never intended to hurt him."
Kate rounded on her father-in-law, and gave him the evil
eye, one that turned his left testicle to stone. "I saw
him throw Jason into the vault and lock him in!" That was
when Kate realized and was slightly stunned. "By the way,

what were you doing in there?" "The stranger had put us
in there for our safety. He told me about some assassin
seeking out Jason, and you and your unborn, and then
tossed me in. Of course, just before he shut the door, he
said, "It's Tommy this and Tommy that! And, Chuckie,
mount the brute! But it's the savior of this country when
the guns begin to shoot!" Kate blushed. It was obvious
that the robot's damaged programming was showing through,
but in its oddly euphemistic way, it had related some of
the facts behind Jason's birth. "It doesn't matter now!"
Kate was still basking in the glory of their safety.
"You're safe now, and in the end, that's what truly
matters." She patted Jason closer to the points sticking
out from her blouse. Jason was hungrier than ever! "Now,
Mrs. Peltzer! Surely, you know better than that!" KATE
WAS STUNNED at Professor Baxter Stockman's voice coming
forth from the walkie talkie, now resting on the floor
amongst shattered debris. I'LL BE BACK!

"Mintonian stories never end with a completely truly
happy ending! I mean, his life never does, so why should
yours, bitch?!" Kate set Jason back down, got down on her
knees before the walkie talkie, said a quick heathenistic
prayer to Quexycowatyl, god of words that do not appear in
word processor dictionaries, and snatched up the walkie
talkie. "WHAT DO YOU WANT NOW? Hasn't ruining my life
been enough? It's obvious that your next move will be to
try and complete Dr. Wily's work! So, what's next?! What
else will it take! HOW MUCH DO YOU INSIST ON TAKING FROM
ME!?" "Temper, temper, Mrs. Peltzer, my FORMER employer.
I merely wish to liven your obviously taxed emotional
state. Music hath charms to soothe the savage beast, you
know. And in some cases, the savage breast's breasts.
Here. Here's a golden oldie I came across while searching
the bandwidth. Enjoy..." There was a blast of white
noise before the song gradually came through...

"The marching band came down along Main Street, the
soldier blues fell in behind.
I looked across, and there I saw Billy, waiting to go
and join the line.
And with her head upon his shoulder, his young and
lovely fiancee.
From where I stood, I saw she was crying, and through
her tears I heard her say,

'Billy, don't be a hero! Don't be a fool with your
life!
Billy, don't be a hero! Come back and make me your
wife!'
And as they started to go,
She said, 'Billy, keep your head low!

Billy, don't be hero! Come back to me!'

The soldier blues were trapped on a hillside, the
battle raging all around!
The sergeant cried, 'WE'VE GOT TO HANG ON, BOYS! WE'VE
GOT TO HOLD THIS PIECE OF GROUND!
I need a volunteer to ride up, and bring us back some
extra men!'
And Billy's hand was up in a moment, forgetting all the
words she said!

She said, 'Billy, don't be a hero! Don't be a fool
with your life!
Billy, don't be a hero! Come back and make me your
wife!'
And as they started to go,
She said, 'Billy, keep your head low!
Billy, don't be hero! Come back to me!'

I heard his fiancee got a letter that told how Billy
died that day.
The letter said that he was a hero; she should be
proud he died that way!
I heard she threw the letter... away..."

The room was deathly silent for a moment before
Baxter's evil voice broke the tension. "I hope you
enjoyed losing the last bit of your emotional sanity. Ta,
ta! HA, HAAAAAAAAAAAAA!" His voice was replaced by white
noise once again. Kate just knelt there, clutching the
walkie talkie, and staring blankly ahead. Her nipples had
become soft by now; I guess Baxter was right. ( I'll
leave you all to remember that one out! ) No one in the
room dared approach her for fear completely shattering her
mind. Finally, the tears began pouring down her cheeks.
Her hands shook. She raised he walkie talkie up above her
head with a screech and then brought it back down to the
floor, shattering it into exactly 37,043 pieces. Her hand
had started bleeding onto the linoleum. Rush came up to
drink the blood, but sadly there were no brains to be had.
She clenched her fist and banged it once into the
shattered electronics, cutting herself further. Her sobs
erotically reverberated heavily through her chest, but
after a few minutes, calmly stopped. She slowly rose to
her feet, and wiped her face. She turned to Rand. "Would
you please take Jason out of here." RAND WAS STUNNED!
"Um, sure." He scooped the child up to his chest, but
Jason was no longer hungry. "But, why?" "I wish to talk
to the good doctor here in private." "Sure." Rand took

Jason out of the lab to experiment on him elsewhere. Kate
sighed and slowly turned back to Dr. Wright. "Doctor?"
Dr. Wright was justifiably scared. "Y- yes?" Kate was
silent for the longest time. So much so, that it took a
bizarre cameo by Billy Joel to get her started again.
"Fire up your Bunsen burners, Doctor..." Kate pointed up
at the ceiling. "WE'RE GOING AFTER THAT BASTARD!"

This is the end of "The Terminator: Rewritten V \ Judgment
Day!" HA! HA, HA, HA, HA, HAAAAAAAAAAAAAA! OH, I GOT
YOU! I GOT YOU GOOD! I FOOLED YOU ALL! So, now that
I've done that, where do we go from here? Right into our
next story, of course! Be here next time when Kate begins
her run for retribution against Professor Stockman for
having fooled her with the fake Billy and screwing up her
emotions big time, and having to deal with the loss of her
husband, albeit symbolically, for a second time! But,
she'll need some help from two old friends in "Metroid:
Rewritten \ A Call for Help!"
