so i have compiled a list of the fone numberz of the most vilegovn' entities in the bay area... this list is far from complete, but its enough for my purposes...

you could do this from home, but yer far less likely to get caught if you do t from payfone.....
press 0... you may have to press 00 for a long distance cll, cuz he bell operators usualy can't complete calls outside of the local calling area....
tll the oprator that you would like to place a call using third number billing...
whenshe asks yu for the number to bill, give her one of theese......
