1-400 Phone Numbers

A little known thing is that there is a 1-400 prefix. But, so far, I've
yet to find a single working phone number on it. It works just like all
other numbers in the sense that, after dialing 1-400, the next 3 numbers
(the exchange) is between 200-999. And, of course the last 4 are between
0000-9999. As of yet, I haven't found a single working number. The all give
a busy signal. I think I recall hearing that these numbers are set aside
for international access. But, don't hold me to it. So, give 1-400 a try.
Hopefully you'll have luck finding something, unless 1-400 are only 1-400
service subscriber accessible, or something.
