You Can Beat a DUI

I am a former police officer and have the info you need to beat a DUI. I will write the info with the state of florida in mind. The limit for blood alcohol content here is .08. Now what this means is if you have had about three beers in one hour and you blow in the machine you will fail, barring other factors such as weight and if you have eaten.We will take those in stride. The idea behind the cop stopping you is to gather EVIDENCE ON YOU.

Most cops won't stop you unless they have established a driving pattern on you, that is to say a way to articluate to the court that you were driving erratically. Weaving back and forth , crossing the center line and the like.Now that they have you stopped you must not provide any evidence for them to take to court.You must comply with lawful commands such as get out of the car sir , or let me see your hands. You don't have to comply with taking the roadside sobriety tasks or the breath-alizer.

Here iN Florida if you refuse the first time you will lose you license for six months and the second refusal you lose it for a year.Well a loss of a drivers license for a year is still cheaper than the very expensive DUI court fees,probation and attorneys fees. Here again in FL it is about 5,000 to 10,000 dollars. Now lets say you don't want to lose youy license and you don't want to give the evidence to the cops by taking the drunk test on the road.

You do this by ...Now this is very important so pay attention...shutting your mouth . yep that's it . Shut the hell up. The officer will ask you to perform the roadside sobriety tasks, you don't answer him , you don't do it , but you don't answer him, thereby not providing him with evidence. Just keep you hands where he can see them and lean against your car and shut up. He will ask you if you are refusing the test, again don't answer him stay quiet. He , most likely will get pissed at you and will even threaten you , still do not answer! He will write the report as a refusal and take you for the ride, but in court , where it counts there will be no evidence against you and the case will be dismissed or it may not go to court because the stste will not have the evidence to prosecute you. So there it is now you have it folks that is how it is done. Just shut up.
