What Are You Hiding?

While listening to a police scanner, I heard a dispatch by the Dekalb, IL police regarding a male black subject who was eating at McDonalds on E. Lincoln Highway. The caller had reported this subject as "suspicious" because he had met with somebody and given them a bag containing unknown items. The "suspect" was also sitting in the restaurant with a blue bag in his possession.

The officer to whom the call was assigned then called for a backup unit, and went to the McDonalds restaurant to approach the "suspect". When they arrived, nobody matching the description was present, so the officers then began circling the area looking for this "suspect" who dared carry a bag, or hand one to someone else.

Here’s my problem: So what if somebody gave another person a bag? What was in it? Why did he give it to another person? WHO FUCKING CARES? That is nobodies business but his own. It may have contained clothes that someone left at the "suspects" house, shaving items, maybe craft supplies. This man was reported as "suspicious' because the caller do not know what was in the mans bag. "But it may have contained drugs or a gun!" So fucking what? If this is reason to apprehend an individual and inspect his personal property, then what is to stop the police from walking into my house to see what I have in there? Will door locks soon become illegal? Will curtains and blinds be outlawed? My wallet contains items unknown to a passerby, am I suspected drug dealer now? What happened to privacy? What happened to freedom? I can call 911 to report my neighbor as suspicious because she carries a larger-than-average purse, or report a car in the mall parking lot because the back seat contains an unknown item covered in a blanket? My car has a trunk that locks… does this make me a suspicious person? What am I trying to hide in there?

Soon you may be apprehended because your pocket is bulging. Your wife will be searched to see if her “concealed” bra contains illegal narcotics. Where does it end?

Welcome to Communism. This is the same reasoning of the Gestapo. Everything is suspicious. Let no man have any privacy, he may be hiding something!

I use this story to make a point: THE POLICE ABUSE THEIR POWER. Thus the reason I detest them, and have no respect for them. Had that man been located and refused to submit to a search, he would have been arrested. "Evidence" would have been planted, or the police would claim the man "resisted". He would have been handcuffed, fingerprinted, photographed, jailed and treated like a common criminal at the very least. He very well may have been beaten or possibly even murdered.

So to those cops reading this who can't seem to understand why you are so despised, now you know. It has nothing to do with me being rebellious or not respecting authority. You are the reason my neighbors moved to Amsterdam, to live in a free society. You make a living off of my taxes to break the law, restrict my constitutional freedoms, lie, cheat and promote corruption.
