Underwater Pyramids in the Bahamas
Underwater pyramid
I don't know why there is so much skepticism about ruins found in the
Bermuda Triangle area. I not only think that is possible that ruins
are there, I believe it is likely - based on the following:
1. Edgar Cayce said that the Bahamas were once a portion of Atlantis.
2. Edgar Cayce also said that the original temples of some
Atlanteans who moved to Yucatan are now underwater. Ancient maps
of the America's show Panama as a much wider area of land. This
seems to suggest flooding/erosian of land mass.
3. Many magnetic anomolies have been noted by crafts in the area.
4. Between Diamond Point and Tongue of Ocean, Dr. Mason Valentine
saw "a network of modular straight lines intersecting at right,
obtuse and acute angles" in aerial photographs he had taken. He said
that they resembled "an architects's plan for a complex urban
development with still more lines in the distance".
5. Between Orange Key and Bimini, Dr Valentine saw a series of
enormous retacngles along the sea bottom connected by straight lines
which he considered man made.
6. At Riding Rocks, a vast expanse of shallow water is divided into
squares.
7. At Orange Key, south of Bimini, there is an absolutely straight
rectangle the size of a football field.
8 In 1968, Dr. Valentine was the one who found the "Bimini Wall", later
finding out that 28 years before, Edgar Cayce had mentioned that
Atlantis would rise again and to expect it in '68 or '69 and named
Bimini.
These are Dr. Valentine's own words defending the accusation
that the stones are 'beach rock'..
"Believe me, these are not squares of beach rock arranged by nature
in neat rows to fool gullible underwater archaelogists. Many of the
stones are of flint-hard micrite, unlike soft beach rock. The lines
of closely fitted stones are straight, mutually parallel and
terminate in cornerstones. The stone avenue does not follow the
curving beach rock-line, which follows the shape of the island, but
is straight. The long avenue contains enormous flat stones propped
up at their corners by pillars stones like the dolmens of the coast
of Western Europe. Perfect rectangles, right angles, and rectilinear
configurations are unaccountable in a natural formation. One end of
the complex swings into a beautifully curved corner before vanishing
under the sand. No one has yet dug underneath it, so we don't know
how far down the stones go."
9. Dr David Zink, historian, diver, and author of "The Stones of
Atlantis" remained anchored over the wall for months at a time and
brought up a grooved building block as well as a 'stylized head'
estimated to weigh about 200 - 300 lbs - possibly the head of an
animal - giant feline, perhaps a jaguar.
10. In 1982, Herbert Sawinski, and explorer, diver and chairman of
the Museum of Science and Archaeology in Fort Lauderdale, found and
photographed extensive stone pavements at a depth of 25 feet between
23 deg 50 mins and 23 deg 30 mins N. and 80 deg 30 mins to 79 deg 40
mins W. He said that the main wall continued for a quarter of a mile
out to sea, where it suddenly disappeared into 2500 feet of water.
"Part of this wall or causeway, bifurcates near the shore and
continues under water partially along the coastline of the present
remins of what was once a larger island now under the ocean. At
another point on this submarine plateau, the divers followed a
passageway under submerged rocks and discovered a sunken quarry,
complete with shaped blocks of stone till inside it.... The entire
underwater plateau on which these remains of buildings exist is about
60 miles on each side of a lopsided triangle between the Straits of
Florida and the Santaren and Nicholas channels. It breaks the
surface only around the edges, roughly establishing the boundaries of
what was once a large island, one that could have supported many
inhabitants."
11. In response to reports of a huge pyramid in the Cay Sal Bank
area, Ari Marshall, Greek Industrialist, organized an expedition in
1978. Although he was unsuccessful in capturing good footage of the
pyramidal mound they found, he did receive images of 'large holes in
the side of the masssive object through which glowing and apparently
electrically charged particles were passing". This is in the same
area where their "compasses were going berserk".
12. US Marine charts as well as the British Admiralty charts,
according to Berlitz, show what may be a sea-mound or a man-made
pyramid at 23 deg 26 mins N and 79 deg 43 mins W in 250 fathoms of
water, which suddenly rises to a shallow of 42 feet. Another sudden
rise occurs at 23 deg 34 mins N and 80 deg W at a depth of 300
fathoms which rises to 38 feet.
13. On June 7/48, Ed Wilson, while doing shallow bottom treasure
hunting by air was smashed by an updraft that lifted him about 1,000
feet, 45 miles NE of Miami while flying at 250 ft above sea level.
When he brought his craft back to the normal position, he noticed a
huge building (100 - 250 ft high) down in the 'bright and silvery'
water. In his words, "I started to time myself of the leg out to get
readings of the location when out of this blue clear day, another
strange incident occurred: all my magnetics had gone to zero. Then
a strange hue occurred all around me. At about 600 ft above water in
the air that bright crimson hue simply baffled me. The 240 HP
Continental began to be the most crazily running engine I have ever
had the experience to feel. It became motionless no matter what I
did with the throttle and pumps. It glided and floated smoothly for
at least two miles. Then the engine simply started itself. I could
not dive because I was already on top of the water. Then I realized
that some force was pulling toward a westerly direction...After
landing and getting inspection of Radio Communication and units,
every last unit was blown, shorted out by some high frequency
electronic shock, or mysterious high voltage in the air."
14. Back to Dr Ray Brown, these are his words with respect to his
discovery.
"When we returned to where we had been before, looking for the sunken
galleons, a violent squall came up. We had to hang on to mangroves
on the island, it was so violent. Six to eight foot waves broke over
us and we lost most of our equipement.
In the morning, we saw that our compasses were spinning and our
magnometers were not giving readings. We took off northeast from the
island. It was murky but suddenly we could see outlines of buildings
under the water. It seemed to be a large exposed area of an
underwater city. We were five divers and we all jumped in and dove
down, looking for anything we could find.
As we swam on, the water became clearer. I was close to the
bottom at 135 ft and was trying to keep up with the diver ahead of
me. I turned to look toward the sun through the murky water and saw
a pyramid shape shining like a mirror. About 35 to 40 ft from the
top was an opening. I was reluctant to go inside ... but I swam in
anyway. The opening was like a shaft debouching into an inner room.
I saw something shining. It was a crystal, held by two metallic
hands. As soon as I grabbed it I felt this was the time to get out
and not come back. I'm not the only person who has seen these ruins
- others have seen them from the air and say they are 5 miles wide
and more than that in length."
Berlitz continued on to say that Dr. Brown still had the (round) crystal
and that inside it could be seen a series of pyramidal forms.
I'm sure there are many more examples of such 'sightings' by people
who would not speak out for fear of ridicule. It is not easy to
photograph in these waters. The stories appear consistent to me.
Edgar Cayce and others have mentioned that the Atlantean 'power
stations' used energy from the stars to power the Atlantean
flying/submersible crafts by a type of remote control. It's possible
to assume that the huge crystals that were part of the power stations
are still concentrating light and are the source of the magnetic anomalies
in that area. This could also account for area being one of the 'murkiest'
on earth (Sargasso Sea).
