Ok here goes another star spangled edition of the BHOA. Two days
ago I wrote my introduction and I'm sure I left stuff out but you have to
understand that I am a very busy person. Summer is coming, thank God, and
If I'm not grounded I will try to devote my time to this. N-E-WAYZ, I
want everyone who reads this letter 2 know that just because I am a teen
ager who will be 15 soon I'm smarter or just as smart as alot of adults.

Anyone who knows any thing about radios has piddled around with a
world band radio before. Well if your any you will notice weird illegal
radio stations come on in the darkest hours of night. Like the well known
spy frequencies where a WOMAN seems to be speak in some foreign tongue.
But if you listen close enough you will hear numbers being called off.
Some times in other languages and some times in numerals like Beta and Alpha.
This WOMAN is actually a robot! Though the point of brodcast is not known
it is powerful enuogh to drown out all others on surrounding bands.
She usually starts out by saying something like,
