Start at x = 0

Every time the dice are thrown and the result is not 2 or 12, add 1 to x

When x = 20, start betting $1 on each throw to be 2 or 12 (ie. $1 on double 1s and $1 on double 6s)

If the dice show 2 or 12, subtract 18 from x and start again

when x = 35, start betting $3 on each throw to be 2 or 12

When the dice show 2 or 12, subtract 18 from x and start again

If, after a win, x is between 18 and 33, start betting $1 on each throw to be 2 or 12

If, after a win, x is 33 or greater, start betting $3 on each throw to be 2 or 12

x can be negative, just wait for it to get back up to 20 before starting again.

To be safe, you should start this method with $1000 and bet carefully. I'd also strongly advise trying it out with play money to get the feel of it. The rate increases with time; when you get to $5000, start betting $5 a time. At the $5000 level, I can make upwards of $1000 an hour. Thus the rate doubles every 5 hours; according to my calculations, you can become a millionaire in 33 hours. Not bad, eh? This system honestly does work for me; unfortunately, I'm underage so I can't use real money.
