MENTAL ILLNESS IS NOT PRUDENT
Notes in shorthand that Mental Illness is the number one cause of insanity.
ONE, States that mental illness is immoral and as such is henceforth banned.
TWO, Makes it illegal to use mental illness as as an offensive weapon in war and
bans its use as an exuse for dressing poorly or being obnoxious.
THREE, Eliminates from common knowledge any and all stupid jokes or gestures
relating to mental illness.
FOUR, Shoots summarily any person who indulges in mental illness.
FIVE, Declares the willingness of Micronesia to single handedly enforce this
resolution through use of its vast Military: Army, Navy, Airforce, and Elite
Troop of Micronesian Commandos.
