This was the second time I took acid. The first time I only took one hit and only saw trails from the strobe light and got a pretty good body rush. This time we took 3 hits within 20 minutes. It was around 11:15 when we took the first of them. It was me and my friend, Dave. Around midnight I got the tingling in the feet and the body rush in the chest. I was pretty wound up. One of our friends called to smoke some bud and we eagerly agreed. We crept out of the house fine and got in his car fine, but as soon as he pulled out and drove up the street for a place to burn, his windshield seemed like a panoramic movie screen. Everything seemed crystal clear and moved elegantly. When he turned I felt like I was in a virtual roller coaster ride. Shit started kickin in nice. His orange lights on his dashboard seemed so vivid. We parked and the chiefin began. The music seemed more clear and I heard sounds I never heard before. One white light on his dashboard began changing colors from purple to white to yellow to green and back to purple. Dave thought he saw a woman walking her dog. I felt like I was in my own little egg, nothing could touch or harm me. At times I forgot there was 2 other people in the car.

We smoked about a gram and decided to take a drive. I still was feelin pretty relaxed with no severe hallucinations. As we drove up my street (which is about 1/4 mile in length) it seemed as if it took 10 minutes to drive up. It was almost frustrating. We pulled into another neighborhood and another "long" road. Then we reached a part of it where there were no houses and the road had forest on each side. The drive turned off his lights and floored it. I felt like I was in a virtual ride again, being stuck in a vortex type of thing. The forest blurred like the stars do in Star Wars. Eventually we made it back to my house (dont remember anythin from the "vortex" till then), just being stuck in my little egg, forgeting about the other 2.

We got dropped off and decided to take a walk. A walk I'll always fuckin remember. The sky ahead was a light blue and the clouds seemed as if they were drawn. I felt like I was in a cartoon. The began animating, wobbling diagonally side to side. The sky seemed so fake yet it was there. The road in front of me had myriad of symbols and designs indecipherable in a multitude of colors from green to purple. Some seemed to spell out something against politics but it's hard to remember exactly what. Then there was white "School" writing that you see in school zones. It was in words but I dont remember what they were. Every mailbox down the street seemed to come alive. Twisting and jumping, each had their own little way of life. I heard every sound possible. Our footsteps seemed like gunshots and I even heard the rustling of the leaves in a very loud decible level. I kept trying to explain to Dave what and how I was feeling, but it all came out ridiculous and I felt ridiculous for attempting to explain, but then I tried again. Viscious cycle. We reached the top of the street and we turned around. Wow.

I looked into the sky again and the bottom half was an orange glow that faded into a purple twilight. The stars were very clear and bright. And those clouds. The clouds began taking HUGE 3-D forms. I saw about 5 pyramids, then I saw the American flag waving, then I huge spaceship that resembled the one in Star Trek. The shapes seemed so real and were popping out of the sky. They all were clouds. The spaceship began moving slowly as if taking off. I began wondering about the pyramids as if they started the earth or something to that. Seemed clever at the time of course. Dialogue with Dave continued and ceased every 5 minutes (or so I thought). I looked at the ground again and this time I saw a bright paint-like substance on the ground. I walked on it, but it never rubbed onto my feet. Then I saw 3 circles of small blinking red lights moving in unison on the concrete. Dave then yelled something about a woman with an umbrella. The trails from the porch lights were incredible. Then I looked over a house in the distance and I saw a massive piranha (whose shape was formed by stars) open its mouth and seemed to swallow the horizon and the street whole. It almost freaked me out. The walk felt like years. Literally.

Dave decided to drop in on one of our neighborhood friends. We knocked on his window. I peered in and I thought I saw him hovering over his bed, but I looked away and checked again and saw nothing. He never answered so we walked away.

We came close to my house and there was no way I was going home. We walked up again. Dave took off his shoes and left them in the road and continued the journey barefoot. The second walk up felt even longer than the first. Less hallucinations for some reason and more mental thoughts. Thoughts raced through my head at Mach 7. I couldn't concentrate on a single thought for more than 5 seconds. The thoughts concerned life and why and how we got here and why everyone does things that they do. Conversation came to a halt. I began to get cold. We walked back and again I saw shapes in the sky. This time it was like an army of soldiers marching through the sky with weapons in hand. We reached my house and somehow got in quietly. I checked my dad who was sleeping on the couch. His face was all morphed and twisted and it looked as if he was awake, but I heard the snoring so it was impossible. We walked in my brother's room and tried to wake him up to no avail. We got in my room and watched SportsCenter and somehow Nick at Nite came on. I began questioning everything about the shows and sports. A football game came on and I began considering each player as an actual individual. Like I was like, I wonder what his life story is, why they went to that college, etc. Weird, weird shit. I know. Dave tried explaining how the TV turned into a projector screen and the game was being projected from one of those old movie strip things that you see in old 70, 80 high school movies. I began concentrating on the game and looked at Dave, but he was gone. I didn't remember him leaving. It felt like 3 hours before he came back when it was actually 20 minutes.

I tried going online and the little pictures on the AOL Welcome Screen began moving slightly. The background seemed to have a dent in it. I looked up at my ceiling and it was 3-D into a series of shapes and figures, almost like vines. I came back to my bed where the acid slowly wore off although I was wired. I was sweating immensely and became disgusted with my hygiene state. We stayed up till 7:30 when my brother was getting ready for school. We slept till 10:30ish and that was all we got for that day. I felt the tingling in my back until about 5 pm and all effects disappeared totally around 7:30 pm. The entire day I felt groggy and hung-over. The first time we took acid it was also at night, so maybe next time I'll take it during the day and see how that goes.
