Trippin' Hard

Last summer my now girlfriend was introduced to a fun little cold medication called Coricidin Cough and Cold by a friend of hers from TX. This summer she introduced it to me. I am a former meth and cocaine user who had sworn not to do another drug (other than marijuana and alcohol) ever again. But one night I was feeling bored with the typical getting high and drunk, and wanted to get messed up in a different way. So I went out and got 2 boxes of C's for she and I, She popped 12 and I popped 9, since it was my first time. She warned me before hand that I would feel really horrible at first but after it went away it would be awesome, she was right on both parts. My stomach started to cramp up, my head started to feel hot, my tounge went numb, and I was off to the bathroom. After having the best puking episode of my life, I was offically "Trippin". I had never felt anything quite like it, not on meth, not on coke, on anything... Not to mention, it was a very happy experience. I felt as though I was walking on air, I was literally as light as a feather. My girlfriend thought my impression of a hopping frog was one of the funniest things ever. And with the strobe and black light we had in our room, it made the trip even cooler. We had our best friend who tripped with us quite a bit, she was a trip in herself. We lived in an apartment right behind the hospital, and when we'd go outside to smoke, our friend would always have to go near the hospital lights, I would then have to run and get her and carry her skinny ass over my shoulder back home. And on particular occation, it was really rainy and wet outside. We got my girlfriends parents, and one of our neighbors and her 2 kids to come outside and play in the rain with us. WHAT!!! I was rolling around in a puddle and laughing with my future in-laws, how crazy is that?

Continuing....One night, we made the mistake of watching Pink Floyd The Wall when we were trippin... Our entire perspective of the evening was changed, we were freaked out about everything, everything was much more surreal than it had ever been before. (I also forgot to mention, when I was in elemtary, I had a really bad speach impediment (I couldn't pronounce my "r's" and everything was pronounced with a "w" plus I had a stutter) I hide it really well now. Occationally when I'm on "C's" I cant hide it, and I sound like a little "special" kid!!!) Anywoo, our tripping continued for quite sometime, we had tons of good trips, a few bad, and learned not to trip at a place where you're uncomfortable and around people you don't know or trust...(those who will mess with your head in a bad way)...But then a really bad thing happened.

My girlfriend had been missing alot of school because we were doing C's almost every night. We got up to like 34 pills a night each...Because our bodies had built up such and ammunity to them, the more we took, the more it took to get us messed up. Anyway, her dad caught her missing all this school and we were busted. Because I'm a 19 year old living with my 16 year old girlfriend, they threatened to kick me out if I didn't quit "snagging" them from local stores, and if we didn't quit drugs altogether. So we straightened up for about 2 months...and we were grounded....yes, grounded. The other night, we were bored and decided that we had learned from our mistakes on tripping, and we were ready to do it again...And we found other products that contained DXM that we could also try.

DXM is dangerous...Don't use it if you think something bad is going to happen, like you getting addicted, or Od'ing to the point to where you're having to be hospitalized or sent to a morgue. Don't drive when you're on them...And even though you want to call everyone you know when you're on them because you're in friendly talkitive mood, don't do it...You're speach is slurred and you sound like a retard (forgive me for sounding politically incorrect) But Mostly, my advice is to have fun, stay safe, and don't get caught.
