How to Prepare Kava kava

*Why take kava kava? It produces ease in ones life, stimulates your creativity, keeps your mind open, stimulates your mind while keeping you relaxed, and in high dosages; it produces a very nice and interesting high.
*Kava kava’s psychoactive enzyme can not be activated by plain water, it has to ferment in your spit. (And I’m not kidding) Though most, if not all, companies already activate this chemical for you. You can test this by breaking a capsule and placing this on your tongue. If it your tongue feels numb right away then they already prepared the kava kava for you. If it takes a second for the numbness to kick in, then you must ferment it yourself.
*To ferment kava kava you must grind it, spit in it (or chew it), place it in a bowl and keep it in a dark place. Let it ferment for at least a week You must keep it wet over this period of time, but not necessarily drenched.
*Boil this fermented kava kava in a v. strong alcohol, (like vodka) then drink it with the alcoholic beverage of your choice.
*You can also make a tea with it, but the alcohol works well to get into your system quickly, while tea takes about 30mins to an hour.
*Weather you take the tea or the alcoholic beverage, determines the buoyancy and effects of your lovely high.
*Kava kava’s effects only get stronger the more and more you use it.
*There are no real dangers of this drug. Long term effects are temporary but include poor vision, this along with its other long term effects will leave you when you stop taking it.
