Canada and Chinese Drug Chemists

If you look at a map of Canada you'll see that our neighbor to the
north is larger than the United States. If you read the newspapers
you'll occaisionally come across stories about Quebec successionists
and other problems in the Canadian government. You'll also notice
that things are changing as to policy between our two countries.
Last sunday CNN ran a feature news report about the new liberalism in
Canada that has all but legalized hemp and high quality hemp grow
operations in Vancouver and British Columbia. Vancouver is the centre
for the hopes for new economic growth in Canada. Vancouver is the
favorite city for Hong Kong emigrees because of its location on the
Pacific rim.
Chinese intelligence, since the Boxer Rebellion, has used drug
traffick to gather foreign intelligence.One of the most sophisticated
Chinese agents is a female operative known as "The Ice Queen"
as her forte was manufaturing crystal methadrine in large quantities.
She had been trained in China as a master chemist. The Ice Queen
entered Canada through Vancouver - was involved in setting up various
drug labaratories on the west coast then moved east to Regina,
Saskatchewan. She then disappeared- and is likely now in the United
States.
Canadian intelligence knows all about the Ice Queen. They also know
about Mike Huxtable and smuggling operations into Chapeau airstrip
in Quebec. This may explain why Chip Tatum's website was sited as
a source at the Canadian Ministry of Defense intelligence college.
